What is it about Fallout 3 that has you fans confused? Did you not see the part where you can blow off people's arms and legs? Are you stuck so far up the ass of your own 486 that you can't recognize art when you see it? You can shoot the heads off of every single person you meet. That's a breakthrough in interactive storytelling right there, and I don't think it would be improved by making it look like the Dreamcast took a dump all over your screen.
