The boss is on vacation, and completely incommunicado, for a whole week. What do you do?

I'm self-employed, so I guess that's me, woohoo! Sorry, didn't mean to weasel out of the question. ... Based on my past job experiences, it sounds like this is exactly when everything will go instantly crazy, so I prepare myself for a week of besetting difficulties.
