Drawing, cooking, sewing, list-making, website coding, finding new ones to make myself even more of a hopeless nerd, drinking with friends, and modeling (both the girly type and the Maya type).

Oh yes, also, sexing people up and exploring my awesome city. And making fake maps.

I'm unfortunate enough to have three expensive hobbies: a car guy with computer nerd tendencies and the recent addition of audiophile rounding out the list of someone who could have more fun in life if he wasn't broke.

Indoor bouldering, reading fiction and history (which is a bit worrying since that's also half of my uni degree. You'd think being forced to work on it would put me off)

I write stuff. Comic book stories, books, scripts.

Less than 5% end up on paper.

I enjoy drumming, reading manga and books that don't have sexy japanese illustrations watching anime and laugh at people who fall on their face. I also make a sport out of killing a conversation as quickly as possible making a pokémon reference and I listen to a lot of music.

Opium soap... hmmm... that could work.

I congratulate your choice of novels. And movies.
On the topic of novels, since you like Douglas Adams, have you read Neil Gaiman or Terry Pratchett? Same brand of intelligent humor wrapped in good writing.

It pleases me to see that there are two other fencers in six pages of replies. It is about par for a population this big and nerdy.

My non gaming hobbies are: fencing, cooking, D&D, drawing, and programming (games).

In the last year, I have started to read comics. Well, mainly The Walking Dead series. I like how the story deals more with the living than the dead.

As for other hobbies, I haven't played ice hockey in over five years and am trying to start that up again. I like watching really cheesy movies my friend gets (Poultrygeist. How can it NOT be good?) and I am in the process of designing my own Web page.

Oh, and I also like watching hockey. Well, old time hockey, not this new NHL crap.

This may sound odd, but when I'm not playing games, I actually enjoy going to work and throwing the trucks. It's physical, and when I get done and get to go home, I like to talk to my Boy Friend. Besides those, watching Anime (Wolf's Rain, Inu Yasha, Blood X, Death Note, the ones that aren't meant for five year olds) Plus biking, swimming, running to round out my top few.
