Hijinks Ensue
God Mode
RPG-TV
I don't think anyone else listed those.

On the other hand, the following webcomics suck and are not funny:
CAD
Dueling Analogs
Extra Life
Fanboys

I read several:

Concerned, because Gmod+silliness=awesome (shame it's over);
8-Bit Theatre, because of Black Mage (and the pie);
F@nboy$, haven't read this in a while;
VGCats, Update goes where???;
Lackadaisy, because it's brilliant (anthropomorphic rumrunner cats during the Prohibition and colored in sepia);
XKCD, for the nerdiness (Philosopher Baiting FTW!);
Dueling Analogs (Rejected Mega Man Villians kick ass);
Dr. McNinja (a year since I read this, but still pretty cool);
Perry Bible Fellowship (one of the strangest things on the internet)

EDIT: Just started reading Order of the Stick and can't stop. As I recently started playing DnD as well, I understand the jokes, and although it's not always funny, it's still great.

I'm a bit of a webcomic freak.

Christ - makes me the only one still reading User Friendly then? :|

Sorry, missed this. No, you're not the only one still reading UF. In fact, now that I realised what a waste of time CAD was, it's the only webcomic I read consistently.

- Cyanide and Happiness
- 8-Bit Theater

Here are mine, in order of awesomeness.

RPG World - It'll update again, you just wait...
Lackadaisy - Brilliant and beautiful.
XKCD - What else is there to say?
Dresden Codak - Similar to XKCD, but both more and less accessible.
Errant Story - Very awesome in every way.
No Need for Bushido - Surprisingly well written.
Megatokyo - This is exactly the kind of crap I'm addicted to.
Order of the Stick - Essential for anyone who's ever played Dnd.
El Goonish Shive - Shut up, I don't care what you think.
Purgatory Tower - Incredible art, although it's moving kind of slowly right now.
Dominic Deegan - 'cause I'm sentimental.
WTF - Updates are painfully sporadic.
Alpha Shade - Really really ridiculously good looking, but updates once or twice a month.
Nahast: Lands of Strife - interesting plot, but updates even less often.
Sequential Art - I like the style.
Zebra Girl - Very cool, but almost no updates.
Questionable Content - Enjoyable characters.
Flaky Pastry - Weird, cool, and hard to describe.
Out There - Excellent writing and characters.
CVRPG - Childish? Maybe. Funny? Yes.
Paradigm Shift - Werewolves in New York!
Marry Me - Extremely inconsistent updates.
Applegeeks - It's funny.
Zap! - Cool, but only updates once a week, down from twice.
CAD - For obvious reasons.
8-bit Theater - For obvious reasons.
Ugly Girl - I don't know what to say about this one.
Dreamland Chronicles - I like it because it's good, dammit.
Misfile - Again, it's an aesthetic thing.
Octopus Pie - A very indie webcomic, as redundant as that sounds.
God Mode - The new author is amazing.
The Wotch - It's like daytime television, except it's good.
VG Cats - Funny, sometimes, but it doesn't have anything to keep me coming back.
Spiky-Haired Dragon, Worthless Knight - The characters are whiney, but it's still enjoyable.
Slightly Damned - Cute and fluffy.
DMFA - Fluffy.
Darken - Weird, but interesting.
PHD - University humour.
Least I Could Do - Sex humour.
Too Much Information - It's better than it looks. Honest.
Cwen's Quest - I know nothing about this; I started it this week.
Sore Thumbs - I read this mostly out of habit.
Candi - It's... ok.
Abstract Gender - Looks kind of dead.
Aoi House - I am ashamed.

How can no one have mentioned MEN IN HATS?(www.meninhats.com) One of the Greatest webcomics ever!

However do not read the bitchy whining by the author on the last post ever if you would like to keep any respect for the author of such coolness.

I also read
cyanide and happiness
Ctrl Alt Del

an old goodie:
Captain Suppository
Dont blame me if its crap I have not read it in years

Seriously I use to have over 100. But I've cut down to probably twenty now. But it's sad to see that some of the great comics are mentioned alot.

Namely, Kid Radd. Seriously that comic is legendary for using a unique style that I have yet to see duplicated. People should seriously read it. The sad part is that it has ended although the ending was quite enjoyable. http://home.att.net/~miller.daniel.r/index.htm

Download it and read it.

The only things which are not mentioned or mentioned often are:

Bigger Than Cheeses (just utter randomness now and still enjoyable with the Bizzare Linkage)
Devil's Panties (No it isn't Satanic Porn)
Dominic Deegan (I love the pencil art and it updates every week with 8 panels)
Everything Jake (Seriously some of the best writing ever. Just wish that the book could still be purchased)
KhoasKomix (Because it defies the normal)
Snafu Comics in general (Many comics here and the ones by Bleedman are INCREDIBLE! SERIOUSLY!)
Something Positive (Because I have a cynical jerk side to me as well and I need my daily dose of pure cynicalism.)
Dr. Mcninja (He's a ninja, it's funny and it works with great art updating 3 times a week.)
Weregeek (nothing truly special yet but I'm a total nerd and sometimes I would like to see what a D&D or Shadowrun or Star wars RPG would look like in comic form.)
Wandering Ones (Yet again one of those Lost Legendary Webcomics. Incredibly interesting in how the whole thing operates and I'm still mystified if it can actually end. And in this is pretty serious and people aren't "all powerful" but a handful of people learning to look after themselves.)
Better Days (Interesting Animal comic which deals in a variety of issues.)
Shadow Girls (FULL COLOR THREE TIMES A WEEK! SERIOUSLY! How do they do it! It's amazing and even though it's jsut starting out I can't wait for it to really get out there.)

Penny Arcade, primarily.

Has anyone said Sexy Perverts yet? It's horrendously graphic (like, explicitly), but the jokes really are worth it. Has me cracking up every time.

The webcomics in which the last two frames consist of "..." and/or "Oh." and a 'strange look' don't tend to make me giggle in the slightest.

VG cats, even though it seems to be updated less and less these days

Ctrl Alt Del, For another dose of game related humour

Sinfest, Does anyone know what happened to this, I can't find the page, unless its my browser acting up...

Cyanide and Happiness, Cheap laughs

And if no ones said it yet you guys should check out clone manga, its warped but made me laugh... maybe I have a strage sense of humour

Not like the quality done with Shadow Girls. http://shadowgirlscomic.com/index.php

And I read Questionable Content as well and although it is good... the coloring quality isn't equal because of the different art styles.

The only two I really like are order of the stick (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0001.html)
mainly because the art sucks and Palette swap because the art is funny and it hates chavs.

the only way to get to palette swap is this link http://crazyparrot.co.uk/ps/comic/a-little-too-adult/ for some reason you can't get on it through Google or heaven forbid the site it is hosted on.

Achewood, obviously, as it is full of win.
Anders loves Maria - like Questionable Content, except for adults. Set in Sweden, which is a plus.
Copper - still about as beautiful as I reckon you can get from a webcomic.
Dresden Codak
Little Dee - does a remarkable job at pulling off cute and whimsical without ever being nauseating.
Nine Planets Without Intelligent Life - the 'Mars' chapter is possibly the funniest thing I've ever read.
Nobody Scores! - brilliantly anarchic.
The Abominable Charles Christopher - hasn't been going very long, but looks pretty good so far.
Dr. McNinja
The Pain, When Will It End? - angry lefty-liberal political comic par excellence.
Three Panel Soul
And...
XKCD, of course.

How has nobody mentioned Last Blood, I mean come on

"After zombies take over the Earth, vampires must protect the last surviving humans so they can live off their blood."

Is the not the coolest tag line ever?

VGCats, and the spin off comics (Super Effective, for instance). Girly, which has nothing to do with videogames.

Dr. Mcninja, because it's... well, Dr. Mcninja. Oh, and exterminatusnow.

I found it the most "This is my Vampire the Masquerade Game turned into a Webcomic" tagline.

Penny Arcade and VG Cats SUCK, and if you think you like them you need to seriously re-evaluate what the definition of "joke" is. I only read the Perry Bible Fellowship.

So, as they no doubt say somewhere, "a joke is you"

-A Lesson is Learned but the Damage is Permanent
-Alien Loves Predator
-Dork Tower
-One Man Knife Fight
-Order of the Stick
-Penny Arcade, like every other person on this forum apparently...
-Red Meat

Dinosaur Comics (ridiculously funny)
Dresden Codak (it's been getting a bit too story orientated but still interesting)
Elf Only Inn (offers lots of giggles, unfortunately updates once a century)
Rob and Elliot (rarely not funny, but is starting to develop the habit of rarely updating)
Sam and Fuzzy (a perfect webcomic)
Sore Thumbs (funny stuff, never misses an update, neat drawing style)
xkcd (the math/programming/etc humour always goes over my head, but the other stuff is usually funny)
A Softer World (basically a t-shirt creation machine)
Girl Genius (it's steampunk. 'nuff said)
Marry Me (lovely art style, and apparently is going to be a movie someday)
Nine Planets Without Intelligent Life (just plain charming)
pictures of sad children (roughly too awesome for the internet)
Rice Boy (it recently finished, so read the whole story in one sitting and enjoy yourself)

Lastly, Nedroid and Kate Beaton aren't exactly webcomic artists, they just draw a lot and are rather awesome.

Penny Arcade: Definitely the king of gamer comics, not only because of the usual high quality of the strips, but their dedication to the gamer community.

Misfile: I'm not a manga fan by any means, but a friend showed me this one sometime during the first chapter and I've been hooked. Usually one of my first stops on the internet.

Awkward Zombie: Because anyone that can successfully draw out two straight comics using only the word "OBJECTION!" gets my vote.

XKCD: Because he can either make you laugh or feel retarded. This comic can out nerd anything else out there.

+1 Comics: Because I write for it and I think it's awesome. So there.

It's true, everyone should read QC, it's kind of like a funnier, friendlier and less drama packed Something Positive, with plenty of jokes about Tequila Monsters and Quantum Fetish Mechanics... also Indie Rock.

Jeph Jaques is also one of the few webcomicers willing to be incredibly verbose.

"Yep, and due to Quantum Fetish Mechanics, someone is probably furiously masturbating to that mental image"

Okay, since my first post disappeared, I'll try again:

Most webcomics suck ass, but so does most of everything else, and there are a few good ones in there, as well as a few guilty pleasures.

Here are the ones that are REALLY good:

xkcd (pure nerd humor at its finest. The jokes are hit-and-miss, but the ones that hit... hit HARD)
Misfile (a comic so brilliantly written and illustrated it shouldn't even be on the web. It's drawn in manga style but it's got nothing to do with anime)
Venus Envy (a funny, sad, scary, touching, goofy and heartfelt tale with a social conscience)

And there are the ones that are probably, in perspective, not all that great but I love 'em anyway:

VG Cats (for fairly obvious reasons)
The Wotch (*sigh* I can't really defend this one, but what it does, it does well)
El Goonish Shive (on the rare occasions when Dan actually updates)

I absolutely despise CAD and C&H, though. *ducks flying objects*
