I sort of do, even though the chances me having kids is next to zilch (20 year stint in the Navy won't leave much room for a lasting relationship.) For a boy, I was thinking something like Rasputin, Wallibee, or maybe Haliwali. Yes, I'm totally serious. I get named Stefan Peter Schoenhoff, I get to pass the hurt down on someone else. Don't really have a girl's name.

Fyodor, Ezekiel, Marcel, Algala, Alyosha.

Alyosha will die at age 4 and make me add a irrelevant but heart warming part to my last great novel.

It's funny because I decided never to have kids of my own, but I do have an idea of what I would name my kids. I like Isaac, Nathan, and Elias for boys, and Stephanie and Brianna for girls. Clair is all right too.

Merco, Odysseus or Esteban for a boy.

No Ayosha, you can't die! No! Nooooooooo!

Personally I've thought about calling my kid something really normal, like Ben or suchlike.

But ultimately he will be guilty for me death. In my own rather complicated views of right and wrong.

My Daughter's name is Danika. Other than that, it would depend on who I am with...

My last girlfriend (We haven't really broken up, more of taking some time to get situated before we get together again) has a daughter named Aurora (which is what my ex-wife wanted to name our daughter...) and she wants two more kids...

We haven't discussed names yet because our marriage is like five or more years years in the future, and we want to wait a few years after that to have kids...

"suchlike" is a terrible name for a boy. Might work for a girl though.

Seriously though. No plans for kids, but a lot of people say that and end up with a little pack of rugrats. If I ever have a son, the first one gets named "Joseph" because of someone very important and influential in my life. Other than that I only have names that I'll veto. "Ethel" "Mary-sue" "Gaylord" "Jeb" and a bunch of other names that don't do it for me. My siblings have also avoided using names from the immediate family in order to avoid any ill-feelings.

Alice for a girl, and for a boy: Nigel. Has to be said with a deep, commanding voice. Nigel.

Well, I won't be having kids of my own but I like to think about this sort of thing. For a boy, I like Erasmus, Link (deadly serious, I think it's a nice name), or Owen. As for girls names, I like Elizabeth, Ruby, Sally or Nyssa.

I think Nineveh might be a nice first name.

For a son, maybe Marcus with the middle name Archibald.

Something that sounds normal, but isn't entirely common.

So says my soon-to-be fiance, anyway (shhh). It works for me, only thing I've ever thought about that kinda thing is I think Rose would be a great middle name for a girl.

For a girl, I like Lucy, or Chloe. Adam or Alex for a boy.

Jack is pretty good too, but insanely common. I know, like, five different Jacks.

Gaius for a boy. In reference to Ceasar - it will not be Six for a girl.

I'd personally do what my parents did for me- Choose a name at birth. My girlfriend wants to have two sons and name them Jack and William. She really, really likes Pirates of the Caribbean.

Assuming I have kids... I want kids, I want 13 of them, MUST have at least 10 to beat my maternal-side grandfather's score. But assuming I find the time and money for kids, yes I have some names picked out, especially if I end up with twins.

Boys (in the order I would pass them out)
Khell
Khelben (nickname "Ben" so I don't mix him up with Khell)
Gourry
Xellos
Clyde
Yoshi

Girls (no particular order)
Phylia
Kei
Lina
Yuri

Twins
Aidan and Diana (Boy and Girl)
Diana and Marthe (Two Girls)
Minsc and Boo (Two Boys)

Having kids is absolutely nowhere on my radar (I'm 20! Come on! If I were an American citizen, I wouldn't be legally allowed to drink, nevermind raise a child), but for some reason I figure that if I ever had a son I would want to name him Julian. It just struck me one day how good that name sounds with my last name on the end. For a girl... I have no idea.

My biggest problem is that I don't write down any of my great ideas for this when I have them. So I rarely have more than about 3 names to work with at any given time.

I'd name my first son Raymond, after my late grandfather. If I had a second son, I'd call him Daniel/Danny, because I have a friend called Danny-Ray.

Bender Bending Rodriquez will be my third son (after William and Jack, assuming I'm still with the same girl).

In all honesty though, anything that starts with a "J" seems to make a wicked name. Justin, Jason, Jack for a guy. Jessica or Jenna for a girl. My first name starts with a "T", so it has nothing to do with that. My primary main character's name in Final Fantasy XI is "Jessie", and so too is the secondary main character in the novel I'm writing. Love those names!
