yes the jedi and archeologist over lap, Iat one point wanted to be a jedi archeologist. as for the doctor thing, I'm on my way to becomming one, now just to see if I'm good enough to do so.

I wanted to be a Fighter Pilot. I actually kinda gave up on that dream 4 or 5 years ago when I realized there was no way I was getting into the Academy (less than perfect grades), and I started pursuing video game programming. But a couple of recruiters talked to me one day, and I found out about the Air Force's ROTC program. Now I'm a computer science major in ROTC at Penn State. A pilot slot is my main goal, with a Bachelor's in CompSci, and a programming career as a fallback if that doesn't work out.

I wanted to be an archaeologist at one point ._.; *younger me*WOOO!! Diggin' up rocks FTW!*

Then i wanted to be a writer

Then i wanted to be a musician/singer

Then i wanted to be a video game designer.

Most likely my life will lead me to the music career.

(3-14) I wanted take over the world, I still have the plans written on "Notepad" on this computer. I wanted to fix the world, then one day I said: "Screw the world, it sucks." and now I have ceased to care about the world. I never really wanted to do anything else. Except what I want to do now, which is to destroy the world. So be on the look out for a supernaturally strong, seeming unstoppable guy destroying everything, on the news, in a few years.

I wanted to be a super hero, more specifically "super duper kid". I had a cape and everything, and a red cap, that was apparently a buma-rang as far as I remember. I also made a comic with talking trees in it.

I wanted to be a Dinosaur then I found out I couldn't do that so then a paleontologist, then I thought that was to boring digging up bones then a vet but I'm to squeamish then a zoologist and now I am currently pursing a career in zoology.

I wanted to be a dolphin trainer after a visit to an aquarium. A few years later I discovered that meant swimming (which I hate) all day long. That and I would have to smile and act as smart as a dolphin all day long too. Now thanks to three seasons of "House" and even more "Scrubs" I want to be a doctor. I'm sure I'll discover something about that career I hate and do something else.

I can't remember wanting to be anything but an engineer, even before I really knew what one was. A good friend's father was an engineer. He had a nice brick house, two cars, color television, and got sent to exotic countries. I don't even know exactly what he did, but it seemed a lot better than farm work or factory work or selling auto parts...

I still being a teen am aspiring to be a layer or a prosecutor.

When I was really young I wanted to grow up to be a citizenship of the planet Neptune. Don't ask me why I thought this would provide me with money, honestly the idea never really came up. All I knew was that I desperately wanted to be from a different planet and everyone kept telling me I could do anything I put my mind to ...

This is gonna sound so daft but I always wanted to make traffic lights! I used to make them all day out of Sticklebricks! Suffice to say I grew out of it. I wanted to be a singer when I was 11 but not since I was 18. I'm not good enough for it anymore!

I was that miserable fuck who didn't know what I wanted to be. Sure there were the short fireman and police officer phases before I got bored with that, but that was all before i was five, and after that I simply didn't know.

An actor.. I knew I'd never be the superstar type sex idol, but the kind of actor that gets to play villains a lot (cause villains are awesome, deal with it). At one point, when I was in middle school to high school, I wanted to perform in musicals (primarily as villains, if there was a villain present).... But when you finally realize you can't sing worth crap, that dream dies... Now I'm depressed.

But right now, I'm trying to get into the field of voice acting (as well as journalism, but that's irrelevant to this topic)

I wanted to be a mortician or a forensic anthropologist when I was in grade school, then I found out that the smell of embalming fluid makes me sick...
I also wanted to be a Pyrotechnician in middle school

When I was really little, I wanted to be a fighter pilot, but I was told my grades would keep me out of that field, then I wanted to be a game designer or tester. It didn't matter, so long as I worked in the industry, and after I was told that was impossible because you had to know a game designer to become one, I turned my attention to art, then comedy and bass guitar. really, I just wanted to make people laugh and smile. Everyone's at their best when they're laughing.

Now, I'm the class clown in my last year of the Video Game Design & Development program at Brown College. Here they train us in every aspect from AI, programming, art direction, storyboarding/concept art, script writing, level design, 3d modeling... I think you get the picture. sorry if I came off sounding like a brochure, but I feel really lucky for landing randomly in a great school as opposed to all the ones that only teach you Maya and kick you out the door. Also, I get to make funny stuff for my games. Tim Schafer is my new hero because of Psychonauts. (proving that not all good games take themselves seriously)
