So this one time, there was this Paladin chick in my guild, and we were grouped up in some heroic she like rolled on a BoE epic mace, saying she wanted it for her tankadin set, and I'm like well okay, that's fair I guess. So later I'm perusing the AH and what should I see but the same fucking mace, put up for sale for like 500 gold. I /gkicked that bitch so fast, it made her head spin. I later find out that she's an IRL friend of the GL, so I get /gkicked for absolutely no reason, and am told later that she's been promoted to officer in my place. Man, what a bitch. But yeah, your thing is pretty bad-- you should probably sue or something. |

ok first off IANAL secondly, if he forged your name and signed the cheque with your name that IS fraud and it IS illegal, married or not, also if you are separated there is different rules that apply so talk to a lawyer and tell them the scoop and if you can try to see if he appears on a future episode of cops |

I try and not get on people's bad sides, and I'm somewhat of a likeable guy, so I don't see someone plot revenge against me. As for you're example, regardless of whether you're married or not, fraud is fraud, and it is an offence. You might be able to get him worse off, as he was in a position of trust, but this is just what I think could happen. |

Another not-lawyer, but from my admittedly imperfect understanding of the law I agree. Laws vary greatly between states, but from what I understand although he could legally spend your check if he had access to it (cash or a joint account), he could never legally sign your name to it and cash it for himself without power of attorney. Again, I have no legal training so take this opinion as worth what you paid for it. Like Stompy, if anyone ever plotted revenge against me they failed miserably because I never noticed it. |

With cookies. I strike at the source the minute anything looks quasi-dangerous and neutralize the threat with my warm, home-baked cookies of threat neutralization. Or my katana. But yeah, you should look into suing the guy. Not legal. |

My ex-husband is pissed because I called him on lies many times, I put up with the crap he put me through, and he knows that I am happy and will NOT stand for it. He's out to make my life hell. THEN I get a text the night after I posted this thread, saying he didn't really have the money. Fucking idiot. I'm so going to be glad when I see Mobius again. It's been nearly a year since I've seen him. I miss him. O.o now that I probably look like the desperate g/f, ^_-, I'm going to continue with what I was saying. He's pissed because he wants me, he can't have me, and While I am happy, it makes him angrier. Hmm...Payback may be a bitch, but charma is going to bite his ass twice as hard. But know what? I could care less. He's taken my son, my dreams at one point, the perfect life I'd been dreaming off... *Jallil slinks off to wallow in self pitty for a while* I need Mobius...I'm depressed again... |

I want to know what the worst form of revenge someone did against you.
My Ex-husband knew that our stimulas check was coming in. He waited until it did, FORGED my name, and spent all the money. ALL before I knew what he'd done. Now, because of him, I have no money for food or bills until the tenth. I'M PISSED. The fools KNOWS I need that money. There are two big bills that I need to pay off. And now I cant. I've been making plans for this money since I learned I was getting it. I worked HARD for that money. More then his sorry ass did. I've earned EVERY damn penny.
I want to know if someone has had someone, male or female, who was hurt or used out of spite. If the mods want to lock this thread because it's to personal, I understand. But I wanted to know if someone else, or a lot of other people for that matter, can relate.
