1. There are more helpful places on the internet for this than a website largely dedicated to the reasoned discussion of videogames.
2. If you purchased a pre-fab computer, try your OEM manufacturer's website.
3. If you built your own computer, I suggest checking the website of your motherboard manufacturer.

I wasn't aware that Intel was in the computer assembly business...

How about: Dell? Apple? Lenovo/IBM? Acer? Averatec? Sony? HP/Compaq? Gateway? eMachines? Toshiba?

THIS ISN'T FAIR, when I asked a very similar question, the mods smashed my skull in with a banhammer, and it took me a week to recover.

Tell it to the mods with a PM, methinks?

I haven't laughed that hard in at least a week. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

If you have tech questions, go here:
http://www.tomshardware.com/us/#redir

Join the forums and ask them. The escapist isn't really a good place to ask computer questions (the mods frown on it and most of the people here seem to be console gamers anyway).
