Paperboy Posts: 48 Joined: 4 Jan 2008 | Due to moving around so much that I wasn't allowed to think (more than once a year), then getting put in a male secondary school from years 7 to now (upper 6th), I haven't had a girlfriend yet. Not as tragic as some of the other stories, but I believe it to be pretty unfair since I couldn't really do very much about it. Edit: PS about the christmas lights thing. I find the ninja people offensiive. And YES I will keep calling them that because there could be a terrorist bomber under that thing (as has been the case in at least 3 recorded times). Also what do they have to hide, I mean I know it's for people other than their husband not to talk to them but GOD are they really THAT ugly? |

Some people are just cunts. Do you live in the states? You seem to have a big culture for sueing there. As I said earlier in this topic when somebody told me I should have sued the hospital. Sueing isn't a very english thing. If your english and you get hit by an SUV you apologise and drag your broken body out of the road. :D But at least we don't get sued for every little thing like in the states. |

Haha, the first time I ever got into a mosh pit was at a Drowning Pool concert. I didn't really intend on getting in the pit, it just kinda started next to me. It was a on a grass hill and some HUGE 300 pound guy just fell into me and knocked me over. I rolled down to the bottom of the hill and got the hell out of there. I got stepped on and elbowed in the face, but it was still fun =D |
Muckraker Posts: 233 Joined: 3 Aug 2008 | I got a job at 15 at a cafe, but the people working there just fucking bullied me. Honestly, not many 15 year olds go out of their way to find a job. When we do, we just shit on because we're young so we obviously don't deserve respect. I'm now 16 and that little ordeal has stopped me from getting a real job because I'm scared of being bullied. >_> [/rant] |

You should at least try another job and if they are pricks complain to someone higher up about it. You probably wouldn't want to stay at a place your getting bullied at anyway so it doesn't matter if the boss takes their side. |

You like the word cunt don't you? I never had an experience that was UNFAIRLOL which makes me realize just how fucked up your countries are.. Nope i still got nuttin' |
Copy Clerk Posts: 73 Joined: 3 Sep 2008 | I never once said cunt. >.> <.< *more shifty eyes* You have to stand up to bulliesin what ever way you can...last time I was getting bullied I punched him straight in the mouth after he destroyed some of my coursework...got my nose broken but I haven't been bothered since. Lesson of the story. No matter how bad people can make things for you they don't like having even the smallest inconveniance and because of this you need to find a reason for them not to want to piss you off. It was quite funny actually because I went to visit relatives and they were all acting so surprised that I got into a fight then my grandad woke up and said "Good for you! You have to stand up for your rights!" then gave me £5 and got some very dissaproving looks from my parents. :D |
Paperboy Posts: 11 Joined: 15 Jul 2008 | I think the c-word usage has gotten a tad out of hand. I don't mind swearing (shit, I swear enough myself) but think that one in particular is pretty appalling. Slightly off topic about the whole christmas lights thing, there was a story about the Halifax building society in the paper a while back. They'd banned 'piggy banks' at all their branches to avoid offending Muslims. Pathetic or what? And on topic, I had a nasty condition which caused my left hip joint to fill up with pus. Intense pain, worse than breaking a bone. After they'd syringed the pus out (a painful process in and of itself) I went back to school a tad sore and got kicked in the groin by a kid in my class. I've broken bones and hacksawed into my thumb before and none of it compares to the pain that caused. |

Never EVER going into a moshpit in the Cardiff International Arena AGAIN! |

Copy Clerk Posts: 73 Joined: 3 Sep 2008 | Sorry if anyone was offended by my over use of that word. I just can't stand bullies. I've learnt to blend into the background now at my chav filled school and I see people who are trying to be cool getting picked on all the time. Hell theirs even a guy with autism who gets shit every day from the people at my school. I don't really want to go back to school tommorow knowing that I'm going to be surrounded by people I have contempt for. Lol tha sounds like I get bullied quite bad but I have a strong sense of empathy so I always feel really sorry for people who haven't done anything wrong. I actually have to try to ignore police brutality videos and the film rendition nearly brought me to tears (not many things do that). EDIT: LEFT-<.< RIGHT->.> FORWARD -.- |

All 7 failed. A 1 in 279936 or 0.000357%... chance of happening. |

Copy Clerk Posts: 73 Joined: 5 Jun 2008 | All of mine are school related. I'm sure many can relate to these. In Middle School, my friend was a class clown who never kept his mouth shut during class. One day he was yapping away while my teacher was giving a lecture, and I told him to shut up, and I get yelled at for maybe 5 straight minutes, right then and there by the teacher. When I was driving to school, I left 10 minutes before I usually leave, so I could get there early to talk to talk to a teacher. I manage to hit EVERY single red light, and each one lasted, no kidding, around 2 minutes for each one. And there's probably a good 8-10 stoplights on that route. I got lectured by the teacher for a solid 3 minutes on the importance of being early, in front of the entire class. Actually, I've never been late for school ON PURPOSE in my whole life. It's always been because of something that I couldn't control. And whenever I try to explain this to the teacher, they just give me a "Don't bullshit me" response. I just want to crack them in the face, tell them to shut the fuck up, and explain that it's not my fault. |

So with that I'll only say "Amor Fati" |

It's not about helping or being nice to students. It's about a not that hard job where you can wear casual clothes and get good holidays. |
Press Junketeer Posts: 399 Joined: 4 Sep 2008 | In the pub where I worked, there was this scouse couple, and I served them and everything, cleaned their table, did table service (which we don't normally do in the pub) and helped them plan their next day (they were on holiday) even though I was the only one manning the bar because my manager was nowhere in sight, only she showed up as they were leaving, just as they were giving me a £10 tip, and because she was there it had to go in the jar, even though it was all for me. |

Yeah its annoying isn't it. Anyone remember when they wanted to ban christmas lights in britain because "they are offensive to other religions" why not ban the turban while your at it? I'm sure thats offensive to someone.
