basically, I've been "Sargent" Ever sence I've joined, it simply that the term "Sargent" Raises in rank with me, so "Lieutenant" Sin will be "Lieutenant" For his entire life in the TC, it's simply that, because of my previous actions "Sargent" is a higher rank than "Lieutenant"
