From a seriously objective standpoint, SSBB is what I like to consider utterly mainstream. The character roster is wide and diverse, and so are the map choices (or so say friends of mine) but the second I heard of Snake and Sonic being thrown into the roster, I turned hostile against Brawl, its fantards and their unfounded overhype.

My two cents.

Have to say SSBB is pretty mediocre it doesn't really offer anything new other than the expansion of the story line, which generally isn't the reason most people bought the game, it was bought simply for the multiplayer, story drags the game out and makes it completely boring and grind-tastic especially when u have to go through it with more than 1 character. The multiplayer doesn't offer anything new to what its predecessor did and i found the game boring after the first few hours of gameplay (multiplayer and single)

Oh man, I seriously thought I was going to die laughing to this, especially after watching the SSBB review. Man, you get it! You seriously do! Thank god there's someone out there who's writing reviews for people like ME and not the piss stupid fans. Keep it up, you're a rare breed!

You present an interesting question. What's particularly interesting about said question is that, interestingly enough, you have not noticed the interesting effect using one word again and again has on the human mind. It's interesting, really. Barrage someone with the same word long enough and they will either scream in pain or whimper as their frontal lobes melt.

I don't know if some of those arguments were "valid", but this was still awesome to watch.

Shortly before joining this forum, I noticed that one of the comments from this video was from another member here, Garfgarog (although some of his message was cut out). Although I'm pretty sure this was already brough up, I'm not about to read through all these pages to see if that's true.

But, yeah, Nintendo IS a big boy now. They does care about us, except for how much money we have and how much of it we plan to spend on their games. It's the truth, they're a company, a business, and their number one goal is to make money!

Hehehe. Even after watching it several times, Yahtzee still doesn't disappoint!

After realizing that I too wanted to send hate mail to Yahtzee, it brought about the irony that I am actually going to DEFEND him, that charming bastard. Yahtzee made good points, he was very humorous in stabbing me with my own loyalty to the series, and he even targeted the newest arrivals to the game. I guess I'm going to have to eat my own contradiction pie here aren't I?

Either way, having played the game myself, it is indeed totaly crap. Fortunatly it wasn't my copy so the money can easly be spent elsewhere. Also, He has the point about people defending consoles. They have to be totaly stuipid if saying a console is crap offends them. That's just me though.

the fact that this video was made there are a lot of dumb people out there.

While did find brawl fun, it did have a ton of faults.

Like the online mode that never works.

ridiculsly long last level of the campain mode.

dumb story line that really shouldn't be there because its like adding a story line to mario kart, there is no true reason why all these characters are together.

I liked all the unlockables, but it need a coustom music player or somthing not generated by a midi file.

I would have like the game if they had just gotten rid of all the dumb pointless trophies and stickes and put all the n64 levels and gc levels in it.

this version has sort of gotten past the button mashing......if you play it long enough to get there.
