Babysitting Finds a Home on the DS

image

An online PC title about babysitting is coming to the Nintendo DS.

Babysitting Mania, to be published by Majesco Entertainment and developed by Gogii Games, is due out for release this fall. In the game, players move through over 100 levels as they "feed, entertain and clean up after rambunctious kids in 20 chaotic houses."

Players will use the touchscreen to manage the household through means such as doling out timeouts and birthday parties. Players will have to manage children of all ages.

"Babysitting Mania brings the fun and excitement of this universal teen occupation to the DS," said Gui Karyo, Executive Vice President of Operations at Majesco. "This dynamic task management game will keep even the oldest babysitter on his or her toes."

Why would a babysitter be responsible for a birthday party? I mean, damn Mom and Dad, does your night out really have to be that night?

actually i saw something like this at gamestop today, it might have even been the same game, you basically adopted a kid and took care of it, like a nintendog, now i was asking myself the same question you all are asking yourselves when i saw this game, "I wonder what kind of phycological or physical scaring have they built into this game?" because i would totally buy a game where you could ruin this little imaginary baby so bad that all he does is sit in the corner rocking back and forth occationally screaming to itself for hours at a time.
