Metal Titles Due Out for Rock Band

Rock Band is seeing the release of three titles for fans of the heavy and hardcore.

The following songs are now available courtesy of the aptly titled Earache Records:

  • At The Gates - "Blinded By Fear"
  • Evile - "Thrasher"
  • The Haunted - "D.O.A."

The songs can be had for $2 each or $5.49 for all three.

They will be made available via the PlayStation Network on Thursday as per usual.

Meh, I've seen them on Youtube, courtesy of Npeaen. Rather mediocre, but with killer guitar lines, especially with Thrasher.

But surely they could have done better than "Evile"!

Avenged Sevenfold needs to see some songs out there. And how come bands like Lordi, Megadeth and Iron Maiden haven't been on it yet? I mean, I can understand kickass bands like Behemoth, Cradle of Filth, and Vader not being on there due to difficulty, but where's the Danzig?

Iron Maiden has been on...twice, with a third song on the way.
