God forbid that the punters look up what might be the issue before honking their horns at the media; & the news look up if anything has been said before saying things themselves. |

Not that I know of. Then again, the online support for 360's tends to be a bit more stable than on the PS3. |

Rockstar Patches PS3 GTA IV Problems
Rockstar has released a patch for the PS3 version of its tour de force to fix multiplayer woes.
PS3 owners had been experience sporadic problems playing online. Some deleted their saved games and others simply disconnected their internet connection to play the single player portion of the game without experiencing errors.
In a statement, Rockstar apologized for the inconvenience and said its new patch "prevents Gamespy's servers from being overloaded and therefore reduces the impact on those servers that were causing the game to stutter and lock up."
Apologies may have been superfluous, however, as game sales on the platform in its first week still outstripped that of any other yet released.
