I rarely complete a game once let alone multile times, but I think theres some exceptions

GTA 3 & Vice City x2
Completed them at home then completed them again at school. + Vice city was just that good :-)

Fable x2
Not sure really, probably wanted to see if doing all the extra sidestuff would have any real effect on the main game, it didnt

Bioshcok x1.5
Wanted to do it once saving all the lil girls & once killing them. + wanted to justify buying it for £40 only to find id completed all but the last 1/2hour when I rented it :-P (still havent completed it when killing the girls hense 1.5)

think thats it. Im sure games like COD ive replayed each different chapter so as to effectively redo the whole game, but not done them linially.

Every game I own, I've beaten and played more than once.

The ones I played the most were:

Ratchet and Clank:Up your arsenal, the first pokemon games,Paper mario, any of my Rpgs*, and COD2 and 3

*Except for FFX and X-2, I can't stand those two.

My most re-played console game ever?
Shadow of the Colossus. I beat it 4+ times.

Do we count hand held games though? Because there is no telling how many times I beat Kirby's Dreamland, Super Mario Land 2, or Tiny Toons Adventures for the GB.

Final Fantasy VII - Must have played through this game at least ten times. If I still had a copy, I'd probably play through it again. And if Square ever decided to remake it, I would buy a PS3 just for this one game.

Mass Effect - I'm on my third playthrough and will probably go through it a fourth time in an attempt to get any achievements I missed.

Earthbound (SNES, not NES) - Played through it about twice on the console and once on emulation. One of the best rpg's on the SNES.

In order:

1) StarCraft/Brood War (PC) More times than I care to remember. I loved the story, the gameplay and the graphics. This made me love gaming, and the moment I beat the game without using the cheats did more for me than my country winning the world cup.
2) Day Of The Tentacle/Sam & Max Hit The Road (PC) Again, very often. The moment where you see the twisted logic behind the puzzles and finally figure out what you should be doing, is like noticing a bush in your back garden is on fire and talking to you. Greater affirmations cannot be found in day to day life. The sense of humour in the writing is what gives it its replay value.
3) Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time (PS2) 3 times-ish. Yes, it's unbelievably linear. Yes, the puzzles offer no challenge once they've been solved. Yes, repeatedly sticking demons with the Dagger of time gets monotonous. But I just don't care. It looks beautiful. The physics are amazing. The free-running moves will make you feel like you can fly. I read a review that captioned a picture of the wall-run with the phrase: "You will never, EVER, get tired of this move." They weren't kidding.
4) Lego Star Wars (PS2) Three or four times. Not only is it the ony way to enjoy the latest three Star Wars films in any way, shape or form, it's also made out of Lego! C'mon people... LEGO!!! Not to mention that you can go from 0% to 100% completion in about 5 hours if you know what you're doing, saving you plenty of time to replay other classic games.
5) NFL Street (PS2) Twice. I'm not even a fan of American Football, but everyone needs a game they can play for just 20 minutes without suddenly losing 3 days.
6) Destroy All Humans II/Bully (PS2) Will be played again. Just plain fun, and a delightfully vicious sense of humour is prevalent.
7) WarCraft III (PC) Twice. It's all about the Horde baby!

Anton P. Nym:
Almost all of my collection. It's the rare game that I don't play more than once; I try to buy with an eye towards replay value.

(What? I'm supposed to pony up $60 and then run through only once?)

Same here. I play everything I get at least three times. but, that's because I'm dirt poor (well, dirt cheap) and only have a laptop anyway. So, I milk every game I have until there's nothing left. then I wait a year, and play it again.

Sonic 1 - like so many others, I know the game better than my own house
Marble madness - I can average about 6 wins per hour on the Mega Drive version, less on the NES

other than that, I suck at games

Resident Evil 4: At least 30 (not kidding) likely more. I have the game memorized. All except for Ashley's sliding puzzle. That thing never fails to piss me off. Never.

MGS: Twin Snakes. Around 5.

Gears of War: 4

Portal: 3

Guitar Hero (All) Around 4 or so. And enough Quickplay to last another billion

Rock Band: Around 4, not counting all my Xbox Live shenanigans.

My favorite is my Mod for Empire at War that adds a bunch of ships that Forces of Corruption doesn't even have... But, can you ever go wrong with killing everything. I purposely lost every planet except Coruscant, Fondor, Kuat, Bespin, and Thyferra. Destroyed every other planet in the galaxy. That keeps me entertained

Ace Combat is my most played through (Probably Four, then Five, then Zero), while I have logged more hours on Gran Turismo than any other game. (Four then three). Keeping with the flying sims, I must have beat Rogue Squadron for N64 like thirty times... I once did it in less than 5 hours, with all golds, just to do it. Chrono Trigger would be my third most played game. I can't think of any more now... But I know they are out there.

I complete most games i buy multiple times (as long as their not awful), though i usually have to wait a few months before i feel like playing them again. Kinda like watching movies again.

Theres only a few games i have felt like completing again right after the first time and they are:

    All the Half life games
    All the Metal Gears
    Uncharted: Drakes Fortune
    Racthet and Clank: TOD
    Dino Crisis 2
    Onimusha 2
    Deus Ex

The above either have unlockables or multiple ways to complete them so it doesnt get boring completing them a second time right after the first, apart from Half-Life, thats just awesome.

I can only think of Super Metroid, Super Castlevania 4 and Strider for the NES. I think I have beaten those games AT LEAST twice a year for the past 15 years.

The question needs some refining; I have "beaten" Civilization and Alpha Centuri a couple hundred times, but those were games designed to be completed in 3 or 4 long sessions.

The original Wizardry, on the Apple II, probably 20 times. Keep leveling up those characters.

    Jesus, lodsa of them.
All the Halflife games including the expansion packs + portal. I think you notice things that you were too ignorant too see the first time. Like in Half-life 2 I sa the G-man much more the 3rd time round and i actually explored city 17.

ermm Grim fandango and the Monkey island games, countless times. The games asr just so funny/witty its a pity they don't make as many now. : (

GUN it wasn't the greatest game, but blimey insane mode is pretty damn hard.

Guitar Hero and Fable as already mentioned, and the Stronghold/age of empire series.

spose i've playd the GTA series alot too.

Oh and the Total War games.

My younger brother was addicted to Titan quest for a bit and sill replays it every so often.

    Gutair Hero 2 = Twice
Super Smash Brothers (Both) = I have found the end of numbers!
3D Realms Duke Nukeum = Again, End to all numbers.
Call of Duty 4 = Twice
And ,if it counts, The demo to Turok, GH3, DMC4, and DM:M&M:E till I died, raised again, died, raised, and found my 360 had "The gremlins" and was "bricked".

(If anyone can tell me what game DM:M&M:E is, I will video tape my own suicide, and have a friend post it on You Tube under DM:M&M:E)Note: I will not die or be hurt in said suicide.

I'm doing this off the top of my head, I've been gaming for over a decade, so don't think this is all just recent (Also, I'm not going to organize these, too many):

Super Mario Bros. - ...Don't know how many, sometimes I'll just pick it up and beat it about 3 times out of boredom.
    Super Mario Bros. 2 [US] - x2
    Super Mario Bros. 3 - x5
    Megaman 6 - x3
    Megaman 64 - x7
Zelda: Ocarina of Time - x3
    Zelda: Links Awakening - x2
Zelda: A Link to the Past - x5
    Kabuki Quantum Fighter - x2
    God of War - x2
Tales of Symphonia (GCN) - x7 (New Game+, FTW!)
Tales of the Abyss - x2
Final Fantasy (PSX Remake) - x3
Final Fantasy II (PSX Remake) - x2
Final Fantasy VI (GBA Remake) - x2
    Final Fantasy VII - x5
    Final Fantasy IX - x2
    Portal - x3
Red Alert 2 - Allied (x2) and Soviet (x5) [I play music from the Red Army Choir while playing this... Pure awesome]
    Quest 64 - x9
    Amagon - x2
Super Mario RPG (SNES) - x3
Cave Story - (Good Ending) x4 and (Redemption/Best Ending, just so we understand the difference) x0

OoT: Enough times for me to be tempted to jump from a window when faced with the Water temple agian.
FF2(not FF4): this game is pure frolic and joy.
    Pokemon: 'nuff said.
Halo: Who in their right mind has not played this multiple times if they have a copy?
    Halo2: See: Halo
Kingdom Hearts: Had to try the Expert setting.
Link's Awakening: The original fast-food Link.
.hack//INFECTION: Ever tried TV glasses with a game whose storyline actually has you play the role of a gamer with TV glasses?
A Bug's Life: I literally beat it. With a hammer. Smacked that thing about six times before I realised.
In some bizarre cosmic phenomina, the cartridge poofed under a piece of wood I was using to repair a door. Long story.
