This is just a thread on what songs you think make good tracks in Audiosurf. My personal favorites so far are:

Clampdown - The Clash (Track go bump, bump, bump, bump to the beat.)
Highway Star - Deep Purple (Especially evil on Ninja Mono. TOO MANY GRAYS!)
Heaven and Hell - The Who (One of my favorite songs ever, and Keith's drumming does wonders for the track.)

Post yours!

Processed Beats - Kasabian (excellent beat for Audio Surf, bouncy bouncy)
I Am The Fly - Wire (insane peaks and troughs, you feel like you're going to take off)
Crackity Jones - The Pixies
Paranoid Android - Radiohead (lots of variation)
Sexy Boy - Air (pounding bassline)

Lots of Prodigy songs
Lots of Biffy Clyro

I haven't tried The Clash yet, I'll put them to the top of my list.

I extremely recommend Clubbed To Death. I was playing it today to that song and it was quite beautiful.

I can't believe someone mentioned Wire. Wire is my favorite band period (well at least their first 3 albums, after that they kind of stink). Love 154 specifically.

Well I only have Pink Flag, along with I Am The Fly from a punk compilation, so I'm not exactly an expert. Lots of punk songs seem to work quite well on Audio Surf though.

As a game, it really can just grab hold of you by the short and curlies... so easy to just end up ploughing through your music colection for hour after hour.

Ah, but pink flag is a gem, very artistic sounding punk rock if you ask me.

I thought I was the only one that liked that song!

Also The Unthinking Majority by Serj Tankian has a good beat to it.

Anything by Los Campesinos, particularly Ninja mode.

T.V. on the Radio as well. Wolf Like Me is an amazing audio track.

Okay, I have officially found the hardest song ever for Audiosurf.

Freebird - Lynard Skynard, using Ninja Mono.

Even the slow part has walls of notes thrown in your face. Try it if you want a challenge.

I Walk Alone (Tarja) is great to play, and almost every Krapteria song I tried yet.

Shadowkings by Paradise Lost also creates a great track.

Pretty much anything by Nine Inch Nails and Pendulum.
I also found the newest Fightstar album (One Day Son, This Will All Be Yours) ran quite well on it. With songs such as 99, Floods, We Apologise For Nothing...pretty much all of it. I haven't bought it yet, but I probably will soon enough and when I do, it's time to check out some In Flames :D

Oh yes. Good examples of good punk are Holiday in Cambodia by the Dead Kennedys and lots of Offspring, especially Why Don't You Get a Job?

I like Playing with danger (TF2) on mono pro (can get every sigle colour block exept one) and song29 (HL2) on dual vision.

Unfortunately, i can't play my iTunes tracks, 'cus Apple have made a new encrypted format, to prevent users from using other means of playing their tunes (not to prevent piracy).
I think that Apple is a bunch of ****suckers, remember when windows prevented any non windows user from using MSN messenger? This is exactly the same.

Hope they get prosecuted.
