That'll happen to swift sometimes. Just give him a swift jab with the cattle-prod and he'll be ok. Where do you think he got his name from? As for the game, I reckon it'd be pretty damn good if something like that did exist, but the closest I know of was the 'real-life' mod for morrowind, where you needed to eat drink and sleep. But we're not quite talking your level of detail. |

You mean, like Robinson's Requiem? Absolutely brilliant concept, crippled by total lack of technology available at the time to produce a playable game, brutal control setup, and a difficulty curve shaped like an oncoming bullet-train with a rusty cow-catcher. I for one would like to see it re-done... Maybe some logical controls would help avoid my character having to amputate both legs at the knee within 3 minutes of starting the game because I couldn't get out of the way of a roaming wild animal fast enough. |

I remember the semi-imaginary "hunger meter" in San Andreas, and there's been other things like that that don't use a meter, but use a timer. But if you wanted to make a seriously real survival game, realistic, piecewise damage would be pretty cool. Things like: spraining an ankle from a bad jump makes the character walk slower and getting shot in the arm makes the character have to use the other hand to shoot would be pretty neat. Just make sure not to overload with micromanaging bodily functions, I don't want to be some wanker's Medula Oblongata. |

Imagine a game where your on some Robinson Crusoe-esqe island and you realistically have to find food, make shelters and fend off predators. It should be über-realistic, with the seasons changing making everything different. And without clothes and shelter you die. The island should also be difficult to navigate, so you'd have to find, or make landmarks so you could find the freshwater-springs, or berry-bushes.
This game dosen't exist i know, but does anyone know if something like it does?
