Homeworld 2 was omniscent creepy grand music that gave those large open nebulae the perfect feel, which I adored. The violin added alot to it.
And Half Life 2 (I know starting a sentence with 'and' is incorrect. Shut up.) had beautiful music, in a creepy metal jagged rusting harsh creepy metal creeping kind of way. Somehow the discordant bellow of the Razor train calms me... (*Grkh*rkruaaaaughuuuu....)
And Star Wars music was beautiful, but the freaking franchise simply made anything with those words cliche, which is truly unfortunate.

Any of the Silent Hill Soundtracks

Metal Gear Solid, all of them.

Chrono Trigger, best ever.

Halo, I'm no fanboy but I get goosebumps everytime the main theme plays.
