It's usually me and a guy named Olav vs. the two others, which works quite well since were pretty equal and the outcome of a game is more or less allways open. A fact that was further cemented by last weeks match. We played on a match with three bridges (I thnik it's Lyon or something) over a central river that devides the map. Me and Olav had control of the victorypoint on the main bridge, which couldn't be destroyed, and the one on our side of the river. The other two bridges were either mined or destroyed, and since I played british, and he played american, we held the other point on their side of the river thanks to a combo of paratroopers and artillery. All we needed to do was to sit back and wait for a victory on points. This is where i made what i think has to be classified as the dumbest thing i've ever done in a game. I thought: "hey. I'm gonna build some tanks, rebuild the bridge and make a surprise attack on their base". I don't know how i came up with the idea. The other two guys played Whermacht, and had been doing their usual tactic of building insane amounts of tanks (wich didn't help them since they couldn't cross the river. I had three Cromwells.. I start rebuilding the bridge, and after it's more than half done Olav starts shouting at me to stop doing that. I did, but we somehow managed to stop paying attention to the northeren bridge, untill we see about 18 or so tanks driving in a neat line all the way to Olavs base and onward to mine after tearing everything apart on the way, including my three Cromwells. We lost the match Despite them only having 100 or so VP's left. I don't think Olav's ever gonna forgive me for that one |

It was'nt just the fact that I got my ass plasma-ed by Elites, but what really got to me was the fact that the controlls were inverted which threw of my aim and speed to get to cover before getting blasted out of existence. My friend however kicked ass, took names, and made me look like a retarded hobbit in a wheelchair that was so numb he thought he was a quadropledjac(or however that word is spelled) |

This is anyother reason games from Japan should be burned until it's proven non-gay or non- stupid(like Bleach, Naruto, and most Dragon Ball Z games) |

That actually takes a lot of skill to do in the heat of the battle. I guess I noticed that I sucked at racing games is when I showed my friend Flatout (my only racing game) and he got the gold cup everywhere in a matter of hours and I had been struggeling to get silver in the first couple races. uhmm... no. No it isn't. See, a lot of us actually ENJOY Pokemon. Although Naruto needs to be boiled in wasp venom, for real... |

Unfortunately the rocks count as a secondary grenade and I always seemed to have them equipped at the wrong time. |
Paperboy Posts: 12 Joined: 15 Feb 2008 | I was playing City of Heroes as a scrapper, went after a 'buff/debuff tree' planted by a Devouring Earth opponent, ended up pulling another mob or two down on the team resulting is a team wipe out. In retrospect, the tree was far enough away from the mobs we were fighting that it wasn't buffing them at all, wasn't debuffing us at all, and these buffs were no big deal anyway. Procedure would have been to eliminate the group we were fighting before engaging a new group, and I screwed that up. |

Still playing TF2, I thought spy sappers were meant to be deployed as claymores on the wall. In portal, I carried a chair from one part of the level to the other and used it as a stool, when I apparently should have used a sentry's rocket to blow open a tube and use the resulting cube as such. Whoops. |

Ah! That reminds me: Sticking a grenade on anyone in GOW is utter suicide, it's almost impossible to tag them and not be killed by the blast yourself. User was banned for: Zero Punctuation: Mailbag Showdown. (Permanent) |

And more than once, mind you, I either ran far enough to where i threw it or the grenade bounced off a FREAKIN SATILITE DISH and landed infront of me killing myself. Happend atleast once every time i got online. |

Stupid, but again, I can't stress how FUN! Although probably doesn't count as a blunder, as it was intentional... |

Was playing GTA4 and had to steal a truck from a warehouse that was filled with guys trying to kill me. So I think, "hey I'll just throw a grenade in kill them all at once" *throws grenade* *watches it roll under the truck I needed to steal* *watches the truck explode in a huge fireball killing everyone myself included* *facepalm* |

I tried to throw a plasma grenade out of a building in Halo, same deal, difference was it stuck to my mates head, who decided to kamikaze me. Cheers Shieldsy |

Dude, that's not bad. That part is annoying. You also have to figure out which part of the tube needs to get hit. That part had me stuck for awhile. |

I did the exact same thing, but with a large pile of chairs. Pardon me Valve for not intuitively realising I had to blow up things that had up to this point been completely indestructible. Flying the Seaplane in Vice city on PC. It took me 6 months to figure out i used the number pad to control the plane. |
