They should add the Farsight or whatever the fuck that cheap as fucking fuck rifle from Perfect Dark 64 was called. That totally wouldn't break both of the games legs then rape it with a salt encrusted cactus. /sarcasm

But seriously, Martyrdom is just annoying... And Iron Lungs isn't very useful at all, unless you can't aim for crap.

Weapon- HK 416

Perk to add- Name: Countersnipe, Slot:2, Ability: See the glint off of a sniper when you are looking through your scope at him.

Perk to remove- Eavesdrop because i think that its usless and a waste of a perk

Weapon to imrove- Skorpian

WTF with the Added perk? That makes no fucking sense.

It wasn't the most serious of suggestions, and really to make it true to the inspiration the percentage should be like 99.99%.

Yeah--it means after you kill someone you can't run past them/if you kill them up close you have to turn and run away. I feel like it hurts the 'flow' of the game.

Hm, I guess, but still, by now everyone should know, and on hardcore mode, you just run the fuck away from everything, living or dead!

It's not a matter of people *knowing* or not--in fact, that makes the problem even worse: the Martyrdom perk makes you treat *everyone* like they have the Martyrdom perk.

It's not that bad in urban environments, because you can hear the grenade hit the floor, but outside you don't hear it.

Remove the useless golden Desert Eagle and replace it with a p226/228 or Browning Hi Power in whatever cartridge.

For all those people Saying Dead silence is a bad perk:

When playing search and destroy or hardcore, your spot can be given away by the sound of your footsteps, so for all those people who put silence and UAV on your guns, if your trying to take down that lone sniper without alerting him, you could give your position away pretty easily

Dead Silence is possibly the greatest perk in the game. Sound plays a big part in my Berserker strategy of fast movement, ambushes, distractions and total silence. For an example of why Dead Silence is so effective just try sitting still with the mic off and the sound turned up. Anyone not moving slowly will lose any element of surprise instantly and will be easy pickings for a good ambush. With Dead Silence your footsteps are virtually noiseless even when sprinting. As an example of the power of Dead Silence (with a silenced weapon) I once cleared an entire two story building of enemies without any of them realizing I was there.

a glock as a sidearm with a 3 round burst
I'm not gonan say get rid of eavcesdrop because no one uses it, so its just there and doesn't hinder gameplay, if I were to get rid of any perk I'd say martydom becasue its simply annoying
a perk that increases your rate of fire (not for fully automatice weapons, but ones like the G3 and shotguns etc. etc.)
the G3 needs more stopping power, I love it other then that

Now lots of people seem to be saying this, it would be really cool, but would make EVERYONE overpowered, imagine, an LMG with Grip AND Red-Dot. the Iron sights and inaccuracy are the worst parts about LMG's, but this would remove both. Or, an assault rifle with Red-Dot and Silencer, or Red-Dot and NoobToob. It' just wouldn't work. And yes, I am lurking this thread.

New perk: Unseen, a slot 3 perk for snipers that disable kill cam on those you kill, kill cam makes it a lot harder being a sniper.
Minus perk: Juggernaut.
Weapon to improve: .50 cal sniper, it happens too often that you have to shoot people with it twice. Even though you might survive a shot from it in real life, you will not in any way be able to fight. One shot with this weapon should be lethal regardless of where on the body it hits.
New factions: Chinese and perhaps South African?

In a game like COD4 I believe that it is very hard to make changes without altering the entire online gameplay, so I don't know if anything should be changed at all. Although it could also get better. I think the cue is to test everything thoroughly in a beta or something before releasing anything.

How about the TAR-21 assault rifle or the XM22-LSS clip loading shotgun?

Or a perk3 called "Slicer" that makes you knife more rapidly (I hate missing a knife and not being able to do anything until my character pulls his gun up again)?

Or an AR,SMG or Shotty attachment called "Bayonet" that provides a melee lunge instead of the knife?

I got it! How about a customizable knife? With challenges, un-lockable blades, grips, hilts, and camo's! That would be sick!

I think we should stop with the weapon-specific-perks because then they would more than likely be a weapon atachment rather than a perk.

And I htink that would work with any weapon really, not just for snipers.

maybe you could customize the handguns a little more, larger clip size, burst, red dot, or maybe hollow points (increase damage, lower accuracy)
yea I would like to see a bayonet too, you could knife someone, miss, and be ready to fight back instantly instead of waiting

How about an Shotgun attachment 4 assault rifles and snipers?

Or a perk that lets you see silenced gunfire on your map?
