And Alec Guinness' Obi-Wan is definitely superior to Ewan McGregor's goofy ass. For non-movie characters, I like Ulic Qel-Droma pretty well. I had a bad-ass Ulic costume my mom made for me for Halloween one year! And there was also that other TOJ character, can't remember his name, he looked like a triceratops almost. He was cool cuz he... looked like a triceratops, man! |

Obi-wan is actually OB-1, huh? Ok hotshot, what does OB stand for? It's funny, dont get me wrong, but uh, where do get the whole "hes a clone thing" from?
I dont know, Yoda could catch it and throw it back, all Dooku could do is deflect it. |

Awesome battle meditation skills, handy with a double bladed lightsaber, and with a voice as sexy as hers, she doesn't need mind tricks to persuade me to do her bidding... I also thought Anakin was pretty hardcore by the end of Episode III. By the time Obi-Wan caught up with him, he'd sliced off Mace Windu's hands, slaughtered an entire academy of children, then headed to the safehouse of the Trade Federation and slaughtered all the TF honchos as well. And he slaughtered all those Tuskan Raiders in Episode II as well. Yes, I like the prequels. Sue me... |

you know, I have to agree with all that. I cant believe I didnt think to mention Bastila. PS Besides being kickass, superpowerful, totally cool as a sith, having force meditate and a sexy voice, Bastila was just fine as hell. Bastila rocks. |

Obi Wan would have so owned Darth Vader if that idiot Luke hadn't got in the way. Probably would have killed the Emperor to. In fact after Yoda I'd say that Obi Wan was the next powerful 'user of the force' I'll add that most people who are voting for Windu here are only doing so because Jackson played him...not on actual ability |

The best acting job in Ep 2, backed up by some delicous ambiguity as to what he's really after (read Stover's novelization of Ep 3 to see what I mean). Expanded Universe Geekery - A vote for Kyp Durron, amoral destroyer of worlds and one of the only Jedi in existence with the potential to ever match Grandmaster Skywalker. A pity he's recently recieved the royal brush-off in favor of 'Darth Maniac' and The Sword. Yes, I prefer my Jedi/Sith precariously balanced between inner peace and personal corruption like normal people are. Anyone who's 100% good or 100% evil gets boring after a while, and not just in Star Wars. |
