i want to no wat u think is teh best video game genre, be it FPS, RTS, RPG, MMORPG, racing, fighting, turn based, stealth, wateva!

Okay, I think I get it. "What is your favourite genre of video games" appears to be the gist of it.

Personally, I find a game's genre means little to me. It's all about how the game is presented. Though, in a way, I guess my favourites would be MMORPGs and RTSs. I'm a slow gamer, so I'm pathetic at first person shooters (although I still like them). Overcoming my foes with strategy is more my style of game.

My favorite are fps games but only the fps games with team combat because you have the combination of (for the most part) non stop action and strategy (especially with capture the flag). I also enjoy fighters but they are only fun with company.

Try the arcade version of Killer Instinct. That might change your mind.

I like fighting and RPG. Fighting is good to play with friends and RPG by myself it's perfect!

I'm an RPG fan, but I LOVE a well composed Action/Adventure (Metal Gear Solid, Zelda, Prince of Persia, Resident Evil 4 etc.)

MMORPG's, for keeping the easily leds, over addictives, brain deads and potty mouths off the streets and out of my face.

hahahaha... It actually took me longer to write that short sentence than a 3 paragraph e-mail I sent roughly at the same time.

i prefer multiplayer FPS games like: BF, S.T.A.L.E.R. and fear combat
+ single player RPG's like: gothic series and KoTOR and also some racing games with car tuning (especially the car tunning) :)
and some RTS games but only the single player campains just because of the story and the scripted actions cuz multiplayer focusus to much on speedy starts with the exception of World in conflict.

Best genre ever? Stealth or FPS or stealth FPS hybrids.

I'm a definite RPG fan as well...second to that would be adventure games like Zelda, but I have the worst coordination ever and when I am caught in a pinch I panic, lol. I like RPGs because I can think and not spike my blood pressure!

That writing was just horrible...my brain hurts :'(

Anyway, I like all genres, as long as they're done well :D (now there's a cop out for you)
