Anonymous Source  Posts: 2 Joined: 21 Jul 2008 | Think about it for just a second... okay so Gordon Freeman is an MIT grad and chief is cybernetic, which in itself should be a no brainer. Gordon, even if he isn't a superhuman cyborg he is incredibly intelligent and would understand the importance of guerilla tactics against the chief, whch is to say that since chief is part mechanical something as simple as an EMP would, in theory, disable the chief completely because he has what was it near 20 ton armor? Anyway Gordon would find a good hiding spot, plan out the area and method of attack, then strike quickly and efficiently to devastating effect... Actually after he won Gordon would probably pick chief apart, meticulously(did I spell that right?) of course, to find more effective ways to fight spartans... God only knows what would happen should Gordon Freeman encounter the borg! |

Though, IMO the chief would win, he may not be the better character but he is a better fighter by a long shot. Also I find it a bit strange that everyone assumes the blue grav gun's effect and the energy ball's effect would be the same on the Chief as all the half-life baddies. |
