Devil May Cry 3, hardest setting, defeating Virgil at the end.

After spending months getting passed the crazy bubble demon I got slapped in the face by that boss fight. Finished it last night.

Omg DMC3 was soooo worth it!

Beating the whole of COD4 on Veteran. It may not be much, but I'm proud of it.

Ive gotta say this one, i honestly cannot get past the Ferris wheel part in The Shot.

Greatest achievement for me would be discovering a cheat in GTA SA, theres a cheat where u can do manual drivebys but only with the pistol. No idea how but i figured how to do it with all the smg's, shotguns and rifles.

I think the hardest one for me was Fly the Coop for GTAIV, anyone who has done it will understand.

Not literally an achievement (ie didn't get gamerpoints) but 5 starring One on Expert on Guitar Hero III.

you sir, win, i cant even finish the song on hard

my greatest achievement in a video game was beating resident evil 4 3 times (1 hard, 2 easy)
how ever the greatest achievement I cant think of is getting 100% on "through the fire and the flames" on expert, blinfolded, with the TV shut off, the guitar behind your head, and lastly, have another song playing in your ears

Easily When the orange box was huge on the Xbox 360 and me buying it 2 months after it came out. Then rising from the bottom of the food chain in TF2 only to be stopped at a grounding halt at 4th best in the world. Second Greatest Day of my life.

The Best day was getting 61 kills and 15 deaths on Capture the Flag on Halo 2 (4 vs 4 too). You wouldn't believe what people said to me after the game was over. My mother was verbally assaulted a hundred times over.

I also beat Mile High Club on Veteran, but that was just for giggles.

The thing I am most proud of is beating Ninja Gaiden: Black on the hardest difficulty (Done it yesterday yey me)

That...that's just not possible!

It did take long enough, from when the game came out to a few days ago. That is dedication right there.

I beat God of War 2 on titan mode - not the most difficult feat in the world, but not the easiest either.

That's insane. 61 kills? That's totally ridiculous.

I'm not quite sure how you came to the conclusion that Holocaust jokes were in any way appropriate.

Just to clarify, they are not.

Well, my favorite achievement would have to be beating Tekken III on it's hardest difficulty with Hwoarang. Once you got all of those crazy kicks down you could kill just about anyone. The best was when you go to the arcade though and people don't know what hit them.

I would have to say that completing the Morrowind main quest would be the best achievement in games. I almost had it done but my disk was scratched and I couldn't cure that damned corprus disease.

Hmm... My best or dumbest achievement, would be exploring the whole Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon worlds. it took me a long long time... :D

My feat: playing the later missions of Ace Combat 6, on the hardest difficulty, using the crappy planes unlocked for you at the start of the game.

The Devil May Cry series on Dante Must Die difficulty.

Getting every single dog tag on Metal Gear Solid 2.

My Druid on Diablo II.

May not be all that great but I'm proud of them.

My best 'achievement' Beating HL-1 without getting hit (there are couple places in the game that it is not possible) lets just say quicksave and quickload were my friends, also done with HL-2 and second place is getting all but ONE of the bonus puzzles done on Portal. Bioshock with only a wrench.
Most memorable was doing a ctf on halo (original) and capping flag three times in a row without taking a single hit (friend drove the jeep, I would hop out - grab flag - jump in - hightail it back to base -repeat) was 100%flawless from game start to game finish was complete motion never stopped all the way just throttle =)

and for all of the achievement addicts out there I have bad news for you, Blizzard has confirmed the addition of achievs in WotLK .... NOOOOOOOOOO

Thoroughly completing Final Fantasy 7, everyone to level 99, all weapons killed, all ultimate weapons got, all level 4 limit breaks unlocked, lots of master materia to go around, that 500 and something hour file was surely something

My best?

I went un-killed in a Halo: 3 live match, so very awesome...

That is the power of sniping gentleman, not camping like some base cur, but an ever-moving skilled rain of headshot death.

Fear Me Xbox Live, For I Am The Camper Who Does Not Camp.

There's nothing that that last minute of a match when you haven't died yet, eh? Every shadow makes you jump.

Well, the awesomeness on that depends on how meany kills you got, I have done that with the power of shotguns and bubble shields, 24 kills.

Finishing CoD4 completely on veteran, although mainly for the mile high club. Took me like a whole day to do that.

OR

Pulling off stupendously flukey headshot after stupendously flukey headshot in bf 2142 as a sniper on camp g.

My best: Brass Balls on Bioshock

But I was always under the impression that Gears of War's "Seriously" was the ultimate achievement.
