So I had a long day at work, longer day at home, then I log onto STEAM and see that the first two Oddworld games are now on steam. I am suddenly very happy. Got to love them for that.

So, any gaming news in the last couple of weeks that made you smile?

I just found out a Dragonball MMORPG is in production, that was good.
And also, finding out Star Wars: Force Unleashed (or at least the demo) was really good.
:D

I also enjoyed star wars and thought the picky upy powers were very responsive and the force was joyfully restrictive.

I found a freeware game called Generally, it's one of those top down racers thats... I'm not sure if my description is going to help much, it's this.

And it is fucking fantastic. Screw Forza 2!

There is a new Castlevania coming for the DS!!!! *runs around screaming in utter bliss like a maniac fanboy*

GOD OF WAR III...Eventually.

We're inching closer and closer to Fallout 3 - that's all I can think of at the moment.

Horde Mode in Gears of War 2 makes me very happy. No more team killers just me, 3 friends and an army of locust willing to die. WHAT COULD BE BETTER?

I have recently replayed through fable and come out of a 5 year coma at the same time(quite hard to do if you've ever tried it), pleasently surprised at the sequal. Oh, and I had also woken up three weeks from now. Kotor 3 comes out of nowhere and is amazing, but sadly dinosaurs come back and take over the world as well, but it was okay because they sent me back it=n time to warn you all. Seriously though, nobody expected kotor 3.

I downloaded and played "Ratchet & Clank: Quest for booty" (yes, all two hours and three locations of it...underwhelming to say the least.) However, it was all worth it in the end, as the conclusion shows Clank, still a captive of the Zoni, being told:

Well, when I looked up the release dates for September and discovered that Spore was coming out on Tuesday.

I was elated.

When Indigo_Dingo told me that Persona 4 was coming out in December. And going back aways, when I first found out about Star Ocean 4... only news that could beat that is if it was announced that Nautilus was getting back together and doing another Shadow Hearts.

Spore. That is all.

After hearing the news of a Square Enix takeover of Tecmo I have a huge hope welling up inside of me.
Square are possibly my favourtie company (yeah I like JRPGs stfu).
And monster rancher is one of my favourite games. If square made a new monster rancher I would be ecstatic, whether it will happen though I don't know...

Also despite the fact I just bought the first two oddworld games for PS1 this news means that maybe oddworld are coming back to games instead of going to films as they stated. If only they also came back to sony... That would be perfect.

When I realized that Valve is making Left 4 Dead. I was excited already, but now I'm ecstatic. I love valve.

When i had a crappy day and played fable.

That game is the ultimate feel good game, pop it in and feel the stress melt away.

As I typed I freshly unfoiled my copy of FF IV for DS.

Unknown Worlds saying they aren't using source for their next game.

And plans for cross platform (Windows, Mac, Linux) exist.

Watchmen, Max Payne, and The Spirit. All in theaters. I am suddenly very happy.

I found out S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl runs on my laptop without any major problems.
It made me really happy.

I'm happy because apparently they're creating a game based on the Warhammer:40K universe which pretty much perfectly fits with what I thought the perfect game based on Warhammer:40K would be like. It's called Space Marine, and is currently at a pre-alpha stage, but sounds like it will resemble Gears of War. Splendid.

What I don't understand is why they don't call it Adeptus Astartes (the proper, fluffy name for the space marines. I know they're trying to make it look good for people who don't play the table top game, but come on, that's like saying no one's going to buy Red Faction because they don't know what the Red Faction is.

I think we're going to have to; Abe's Adventure sounds like it's missed the point. Alot.

I only know of Abe's Oddysee, Abe's Exoddus, Munch's Oddysee and Stranger's Wrath?

Glad to see this resurface. Because after being delayed a month at a time since April, it seems like Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility is finally. coming. out. Just a week and a half, and I shall finally get to see whether my trust that the Harvest Moon franchise could be revived was well placed.

When they released FFIV on the DS- I have logged so many hours into a good remake.

When Chrono Trigger comes out Nov. 25.
