So for those of you who have played fable, what did you character look like, did you go the way of evil or good. What were some moments in Fable that were the highlight of the game for you? And what are your plans for Fable II?

Forgot me character, but my plans are this:
Have three characters. One pure good, one sick fuck, and one who is neutral.
Maybe have a third, and really RP the hell outta it.
Y'know, act like I was the character.
Yeah...

Maybe i should contribute.

My character is an 80 year old man, with a mohawk, and huge side burns.
My plans for FII is to have at least 3 characters. So i can play the game everyway.
And probably my most memorable moment in Fable was getting all the bandits i could get to follow me and raiding Oakvale with me. That was fun.

I've beaten that games so many times it's not funny anymore. I've got pure evil characters, saint like characters and everything in between. Speed runs, complete runs. One file where I have absolutely everything (Opened all demon doors, all silver key chests, have all legendary weapons). The last time I beat it was a week or so ago, pure evil up to the end when I let my sister live.

Yea i know what you mean. I also have played through that game more than i should have. But it seems as thought it is just starting to get boring, right as Fable II is coming out so im happy about that.

On the original fable i had 2 characters. One evil bastard with the sword of Aeons, and a really good guy with just the harbinger but i always went Warrior, big muscly guy with a large sword.

Last time a played fable I was saint, saving lives and vanquishing demons. Though that grew old when people got on my nerves and I had my really big sword ready make some heads roll. So that is what I will do in FableII. There will be much death in the land of Albion.

One thing that bugged me was that you could make a sword more powerful the the sword of aeons. Even though it was saposta be "the most powerful sword in the universe" all you had to do was get a masters katana and put a piercing and sharpening mod on it and done, its stronger than the sword of aeons.

I only played fable twice, once I kinda just did whatever, but the second time I went from as good as possible to as bad as possible and then went back to basically neutral.

And since this game has already came up, I'll ask a silly question...

Did anyone else figure out how to make ungodly amounts of gold in that game by screwing over the merchants? To me it was so obivious, but everyone I told about it in person looked at me like I had snakes growing out of my head.

Honestly its been so long that I dont really remember his appearance. But I do remember that I was around 60ish, had a wife and house somewhere and that I never completed the game because I got too caught up in side quests and then something else took my attention away.

Will still be buying Fable 2 though.

This is how i did it on lost chapters. good times with each of them, especially going on a massacre of oakvale. marvelous.
I'll probably do the same with fable 2.

I had a good guy. Never got around to making a second playthrough, just to see the bad guy. I actally know that a "sick fuck" has bees around him, and yellow skin and horns. And uhh, got around to 60, 70 something in age. A warrior, although the Force push wannabe and slow time were the 2 main spells, and they made the game oh-so much easier.

I have both a good and an evil character.

The good one was the all virtuous hero who always fought evil and did all that.

The Evil one was challenging since I wanted him to be lawful evil and not chaotic evil. It was hard keeping his attractiveness up to 100 with horns and flies around but somehow I still managed to make it happen.

Does Fable 2 have storyline or gains for someone who goes the middle route?

I will say that I'm going to make multiple, however when it all goes down to it I'll probably only make one and he will be some evil wizard who wears all black. And if you can summon dragons in the game, that will be the only spell I know.

My last character was a stylish (picked the coolest armor and wore it over better armor), evil archer-type-guy with... Bow of Skorm. (on the original xbox fable, not w/ lost chapters)

It's the truth, I spent hours reloading my game to get the time of sacrifice right...

In one video, Peter Molyneux talk about how they're gonna have 2 sliders. Good/Evil, and Kindness/Corruption. I plan on making four characters, each a different blend of those sliders.

I was a big, fat old bloke with a crossbow. I suppose i was a goodie according to the game but i still took it upon myself to kill Whisper and my Sister. Apparently killing your only remaining family member isnt evil as long as you have a stylish beard and haircut.

Seeing as how I've beat the game God-knows how many times, I have had damn near every combo of looks you can get. My favorite thing to do though is max out slow time, get accuracy and guile all the way up, and get strength to level 3. Next, get the biggest weapon you can find (I like the hammer you find in the guild sliver key chest). Being a tiny old man swinging around a weapon twice his size never gets old.

But no matter what I play as, I always turn out rich by exploiting the arena (beat the rock trolls, go back inside, save, load, rinse and repeat).

I played that game to death, last time I played I went full evil till I got all the evil spells maxed, then I went full good and got all those spells. I polished off the character by getting all skills. Then, for good measure, I used the good and evil god quests to reduce my age by twenty years! I was 45 years old with all skills... by the end of the expansion I was 48: prison quest adds one unremoveable year min, expansion does the same, plus in-game time (I slept most of that time away). And if your eyes aren't bleeding yet, I could write more on this (but I'll spare you).

A little off topic but i really hope they balanced out Fable II better.
Same with how bad magic could be in fable, but you could beat the game by being a hulking man beast on steriods.

Really? I have no clue how I would beat it without slow time. Combine that with the magic shield spell (the name escapes me) and either multi-arrow or divine fury/infernal wrath and I've had my combat multiplier get into the 60's.

I made 5 charactors
First one was neutral
Second was a psychopath, who killed innocents as soon as he saw them
Third was a saint...until he got the (not so) all-powerful sword
Fourth only used fists (and the stick)
Last one is a Sugar Daddy. Total numbers of time having sex= 1400 or so

I made a few different ones but the last one was a walking tank in bright plate armour and weilded that sword pulled from the stone. He was 70 years old with lots of tatts and a few manly scars and was an allround top bloke.

only ever made the one character, kept him neutral.

Kitted him out with plate armour and an oversized sword, completed it and never played it again. Dissapointing game.

Yea just totally max out the strength attributes when your playing and you can take out anything with little problems. Except Jack of Blades at the end when he does that floating thing. If you have no bow skill, get ready for a long battle.

Mine was a good, hulking warrior called Chicken Chaser.
He wore the Chicken head helmet & was topless, showing off his custom made Chicken Chaser tattoo, which was the 'Drunken Master' video cover, with the letters of "Jackie Chan Drunken Master" rearranged to spell Chicken Chaser & a photo of my face pasted over Jackie's head. He looked so awesome.

I wish my old hard drive wasn't dead so I could post some pictures.
