Someone who takes advantage of situations, selling off the services of people he knows who can Get Things Done to people/organizations that Have Things That Need Doing. I have to admit, that's the most plausible theory I've heard so far. When Dr. Brein captures you, he mentions something along the lines that your services "aren't exclusive". |
