I threw up in my mouth a little bit. Anyway, i don't think any specific decade is better then the other, they all have their ups and downs. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1563 Joined: 16 Aug 2008 | The 40s, because people were much better dressed. Hats, suits and dresses, no polyester trousers and T shirts and the like. And because I have some kind of false belief that it was all in black and white in those days :D But today is awesome, what with all the science and medicine and technology and all that useful stuff that helps us survive and develop as a species :D |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 2995 Joined: 13 Aug 2008 | I voted for the 90s for three reasons. 1)Tool came together in the 90s. 2)Bloodhound Gang came together in the 90s. 3)I was born in the 90s. It's the unstoppable trifecta of ultimawesome. |

I'd go with this normally, but I'm going to have to say 40's this time. Why? Because we had us a big ol' war going on all over the globe, not to mention the better sense of dress and morality, less liberal thought and jolly good music. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1091 Joined: 18 Feb 2009 | I probably should have been born somewhere between the 60īs and 70īs, at the hay day of progressive rock and long hair on men. I could be playing with Jethro Tull *sigh*.
Even on women!? Whatīs there not to like.

China is a dictator country, but doesn't follow the Communist economy. I see people there owning businesses and reaping profits. It's Communism by name, but not by economy which it pretty much was all about. User was banned for: Poll: The Internet Ruined Gaming!!!. (Permanent) |

I have no idea how times ACTUALLY were back a couple decades ago(since I didn't live in them), I have only the movies and perhaps the music to show me. I personally like all the nice, sophisticated clothes people wore in the 30's, 40's, 50's, etc. Honestly, I think the music is pretty good, too. For a long time I have liked the 50's era and music especially from the 40's. The people back then I feel like were more open (as in more friendly?), stuff like that.
Also, feel free to provide a realistic description of the decades you lived in.
