IMO, Saren from Mass Effect.

Not the greatest villain, but the most coolest.

General Grievous is a close second.

Magus form Chronno Trigger was pretty cool. Until he became one of the good guys...

I love those bad guys who are really polite and clam all the time.

I guess some examples would be.

Also the coolest bad guy, in my opinion.

The Kishin from Soul Eater, I mean he's just plain freakisly awesome although I like his Manga version a bit better.

Darth Vader, frickin' V to the A to the D E R. Just to note, the actual Darth, note that emo whiny bastard "played" by Hayden Christiansen.

Baal from Stargate runs a close second, because very few villians can do that pimpin' look without being considered utterly ridiculous.

Are these just video game villains? 'Cause if not, my vote goes to Keyser Soze.

I'm going to hop onto the Liquid/ Liquid-Ocelot bandwagon. My boyfriend and his older brother call each other solid and liquid, and the older brother greets the younger one on the phone with "Brothaaaaaar!". Good times.

Also Scar from the Lion King, just for being an awesome.

Love it when he says that. Hes a charming bad guy. You can say alot about Hideo Kojima but he has a Marvel like ability to invent cool bad guys.

My favourite videogame villain is Andrew Ryan though. That is mostly the voiceactors fault though.

Definitely Irenicus. There's a reason why I chose his character portrait for my avatar.

And don't forget that he manages to destroy 2 helicopters with a gesture of his hand.

Darth Vader is the # 1 ultra epic villain. He will always come up as the most badass villain over any survey anywhere.

Then comes Pinhead from Hellraiser. That dude is just evil He also looks badass too.
