Also you should make it Swing/Jazz, swing is "fun" jazz. |
Infamous Scribbler Posts: 649 Joined: 29 Oct 2009 | i voted classical because rock and metal do not go together, at least the metal i listen to is about as close to rock as rap is. why the fuck is jazz on the list??? |
Gone Gonzo Posts: 2612 Joined: 12 Aug 2009 | I answered rock and metal. My favorite is actually punk music, which technically is more stylistically similar to emo than any of these other genres. However, emos suck, so I chose rock and metal |

Thank you for pointing me to a high-fidelity full version of Innocent Starter. I totally didn't realize how much I was missing out. Gotta say, I don't seek out Eurodance, but most of the things I've heard have been enjoyable. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1309 Joined: 22 Sep 2009 | Jazz/Swing is pretty close. I'm a fan of the oldies, circa The Andrews Sisters to Billie Holiday, and also Big Band music, the likes of Shirley Bassey. =) Yeah, I'm kinda retro, I guess, but I'm quite partial to the more contemporary scene as well. I like my jazz guitar. (Rest in peace, Eva.) |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1308 Joined: 18 Feb 2009 | I can´t say anything goes, but I still like a lot of things ranging from power metal to indie rock and beyond. Progressive/post rock is where I´m usually at, though. And it seems to be pretty lonely in here. |

Actually in classical music I really enjoy the whole experience, I love watching good opera or ballet, just listening the music isn't that enjoyable to me. |

You are welcome, good sir, and I also have to thank you for possibly pointing me to Blind Guardian. Also about eurodance, I don't really actively seek it out either, but whenever I've found any I loved it and discovered my weakness to it. |

Hmm. I like it! Anyways: My favorite genre of music would probably be metal. |

I love classic rock. Also techno. I realize this is an odd combo, but both are awesome, with classic rock being more awesome than techno.
