The dream I just woke up from, was a glorious cross between Jurassic Park, Lord of the Flies, and Inglorious Basterds.

I just remembered one.
In my dream, I was at a fair/show/carnival with a friend for ages, just wandering around. Despite the District 9 aliens and all sorts of other things that were there, it was really boring and the dream went on for ages. My brain actually got bored, suddenly completely scrapped the fair idea and turned my dream into an American sitcom starring wolves.
*Dad wolf opens the front door late one night to see daughter wolf and her date making out- Dad wolf closes door and lies down under a table in the living room, puts paws over eyes* [Canned laughter]

Then I woke up. Subconscious, I demand an explanation.

I was on a skateboard with no wheels and I could jump a few miles high. Did I mentioned it was all happening on water?

I dreamt I was late for school so I jumped out my bedroom window and flew around the city saving sea turtles from fires in various buildings. This was a time in my life when I wasn't goign to school and lived in a different city than the one dreamed of. I think I was wearing a early 90's grunge rocker style outfit in it too.

Last night I had a dream where YouTube added a thing called a comment searcher, so you could search for specific comments or words. After sitting there for like five minutes saying "well people are only gonna search for words like faggot and other offensive and funny things", I started searching for these things myself, having quite a good laugh. I remember sending it to my friend on MSN.

I thought that the dream was real until about three hours ago (I had been awake all day) where I asked him on MSN if he checked out the comment searcher and he replied with a "what the fuck is a comment searcher?" Then I realised "OH IT WAS A DREAM!!"

That same dream involved the principal of my school forcing me to go into town during school to find one of my friends and give him a can of Coca-Cola that the principal had put poison in so the kid would be killed.

Very weird stuff.

I had a dream I was in a cartoon world, playing in a sandbox as a small child when I turned around and saw mutant carrots with horrific grins and wobbly thin black legs dance down a yellow brick road toward me and attacked.

Most horrifying dream I have ever had.

I had a dream where I was Kharn the Betrayer once. I don't know if it qualifies as a nightmare or not. Anyway I did a lot of evil deeds, like slice people's heads off and offer blood to the blood god

i had a dream where i was in my town centre, naked, eating chicken tikka masala, whilst watching garden gnomes dance and sing.

that isn't even the wierdest...

i wonder why in dreams, you are in a familliar place, i did once have a dream where i was in a dayglo pink and yellow vortex, with eyes floating about, and wine gums falling from the sky being rode by monkey-things, but then again, i had been reading H.P lovecraft...

I think the wierdest might be 1 of the 2.

1. I dreamt that I was in a movie theater flying into the large screen, only to end up in another movie theater and flying into the screen over and over again, it stopped when suddenly Kirby was flying straight at me. I then woke up.

2. you know that 1 part in Star War: The Empire Strikes Back where Han Solo was forced into a pit to face carbon freezing? well I dreamt I was standing close to that exact pit with 2 Storm Troopers standing next to me, and with Darth Vader and Boba Fett standing on the other side of outside the pit. I could tell they were saying something, but I couldn't hear anything.

anyway, the Storm Troopers then tossed me into pit where I started freezing, it felt cooler than going outside in the winter without a coat. the dream stopped here.

Just last night, I had this incredibly elaborate and seemingly well thought out dream of an alien invasion disaster movie, it has some holes in the plot due to the crazy logic we all use in dreams, but if I patch those up, its actually a really awesome plotline, I gotta write it down.

And yes, I'm serious, it was GOOD.

I've had a dream around Christmas that I was the Lunchables kid and I had to collect Christmas decorations (an inflatable Christmas tree is what I remember) to defeat the mad scientist from the 3 Musketeers commercials.

hadnt played WoW in 2+ weeks and had a dream about Zombie Amani Trolls running a circus and I was headed back in to save some people

I dreamt that a bear was chasing me through a forest. Not any bear, a bear with no skin and huge fucking claws and theeth. I reached a wodden house, entered it and barricaded the door. Went upstairs and stood there in a corner, shaking. A few seconds doing this when the bear just breaks through the window and heads towards me. The moment he's about to administer the claw treatment I wake up screaming.

You know the fucked up thing about this? I was 7 when I dreamt it. Haven't had any nightmares after this one, tho.

I also had a dream that i was a mix between Duke Nukem and James Bond. I was called Max Awesome.

I havn't but my friend sure do! He dreamt that he was in shark infested waters and then he felt something nibbeling on his toe so he started to kick in desperation and scream " SHARK SHARK SHARK!" However that nibbling on his feet was his sister trying to wake him up, and she got kicked in the face!^^
Another dream he had was me hanging on a powerline and a friend of mine throwing axes on my back for no reason at all. Yeah he's strange.

I was in a friends dream last year, he told me the next day.

In short it was about a zombie invasion.

He ran into some house, and I allegedly emerged from a grand staircase carrying some sabre. I said to the guy "I'll take care of this" and strolled out the front door and was not in the dream again. The guy thinks i'm awesome.

Personally, a very close friend of mine murdered me in a recurring dream. 5 NIGHTS IN A ROW

I was in a really nice park on a hot summers day with all my friends; my family showed up and it was great - the song 'Wonderful world' started playing.

I saw a massive light - an explosion in the distant; I felt a burning sensation - then I woke up.

I have lovely dreams.

The girl I liked at the time was part of the mafia and was trying to kill me.
More recently, I had dreams about my ex girlfriend where we were like still together; like we were hanging out on the side of this hill by a creek in the neighborhood I used to live, and then like her dad came and the fence warped so that I couldn't be hidden from him. It was weird.

There was a time where I fucking canoed through mud/trees ontop of a cliff, looked down, saw a river with a fork in it, where a green pickup truck/snow plow was plowing through the river for some reason, and whoever I was with decided to throw us off the cliff at that point. Then I woke up.

Hmm.. I doubt anyone will still care about reading other peoples dreams this far into the thread, but hey, I'll post mine anyway.

I've got a few to choose from, but my personal favorite was one I had several years ago.
Basically (cue wall of text):

Me and my friend were out walking through town. We go into an apartment building and go to one of the apartments.
In that apartment lived a naga (you know.. half-woman, half snake) with her pet, a white tiger, and she said that we were only allowed to talk with her in rhyming sentences or she would kill us both.
My friend couldn't (in real life or the dream) do that to save his life. In this case literally.. Which means I had to cut in with incredibly bad rhymes to save him/us.
I also had a short, but rather interesting conversation with her pet tiger. Also in rhymes.

In the end, we went back out again and after a while I realized that my shoes were very uncomfortable, and when I looked at my feet I weren't even wearing my own shoes. Now I never actually took them off. I was just suddenly wearing a completely different pair of shoes.
So I tell my friend to go on without me, I'll catch up, just gonna see what happened to my shoes.
I go back to the nagas apartment and find that she is crushing a man just like a giant constrictor snake. I have no idea why, and I didn't really think much about it in the dream, I just asked her something like "Is this a bad time?" to which she answered "No, not at all" and asked me what I wanted.
I got about as far as "Well, I've lost my shoes--" when she suddenly started crying and screaming that shoes were really important to her (which is kind of ironic since she doesn't have feet), and she threw a pair of shoes at me. One of them was one of my shoes, the other was some completely different shoe.
Since she was pretty much becoming hysterical over it, I said that if shoes were THAT important to her, she could keep mine.
She calmed down, gave me a hug and tried to kiss me. I've never been much for kisses for any reason (I think my list of kisses is limited to: rarely my mother's cheek, and truth or dare ten years ago), and I was also worried about it because I had been playing a lot of Final Fantasy Tactics Advance around that time and the nagas there have an attack called "kiss" which is basically "you now have three turns left to live".
Either way, she kissed me anyway and at that point I woke up. I just opened my eyes, wide away, and lay there thinking "what the fuck? What the FUCK? WHAT THE FUCK?!"

The REALLY scary thing about it though, is that later I was talking to a friend who is a hobby writer (only fanfiction at the time, but with some spinoff with original characters and now working on completely original stuff) because were were working on one of the spinoff projects together, which involved a naga (two actually, but the other isn't important). My friend was the one who did most of the work, I was pretty much just cheering for her on the sidelines, and I asked her what that naga looked like. It was a new character that was about to be introduced into the story.
She she described her EXACTLY as I would describe the one from my dream. ...And at least one of the characters (one of MY characters even) that were in her/our stories back then could get into peoples heads and mess with their minds, and that character became the guardian and teacher of the "new girl".
We used to joke about the characters being "real" and write short joke-stories about the characters coming to us with their complaints about where our stories were going.
I don't do that anymore... >_>

Also, I once dreamed.. Well it was more or less a hentai. I had never seen any hentai (or regular porn for that matter) back then. I hadn't even heard the term "hentai" before, so it was mostly just a fucked up dream that mixed together two of my main interests at the time:
Anime and Warhammer 40K.
My dream featured Sailor Moon and a tyranid lictor. >_>
(Although it was the old lictor model. The one with the flesh hooks sticking out between its exoskeletal ribs like harpoons.)

my strangest dream was that my elementary school was attacked buy some strange star wars type robots and it was up to the power rangers to save the day.

It involved 4 piglets, a bath full of lemonade and Bette Midler.

I was fighting demonic midgets with the help of Guybrush Threepwood by throwing martinis on them when suddenly Guybrush was stabbed by LeChuck, who then turned into a giant pie and started throwing lightsabers shaped like jazz instruments at me.
I woke up and swallowed my scream of the words "Guuuuuuuybruuuuuuuuuush! NOOOOOOOOOOO!"
It was probably a delayed reaction to Tales Of Monkey Island and a particularly bizzare drinking game which involved "Walk like an Egyptian". Basically, when it was your turn, you had to listen to everyone sing the Official Songs You Wish You'd Forgotten, and when you couldn't take it any more, you would take a shot glass of martini or something.

Usually, I have different dreams, but in the same location: A version of Albuquerque that has been damaged by superhumans to the point where it looks like a huge explosion took place in it. But while the location stays the same usually, the dreams can very from losing teeth to running from monsters. For example, One night, I dreamed that I devised a potion to turn me invisible, and was walking around invisible until some Japanese schoolgirls pointed and laughed at me. I started to run, but wound up running into someone who looked just like me, and told me I was his clone and suffered from "replication fading" or something.

I woke up then, so I don't know what would've happened next.

Inaccurate or not, I'd probably ruin that game for everyone. I still listen to songs like that, and I like them. I'd probably even sing along with everyone else. ;D

It's hard to say since all my dreams are strange, but last night I dreamt that I was reliving a weird alternative version of the first Evil Dead film, where, instead of a cabin in the woods, it was in some mansion owned by my parents, and when the deadites were released I just casually left the house, leaving my parents to fend them off by themselves. (they did quite well actual and even manage to get rid off them)

I was black.

Don't dream much anymore which i am thankful for. When i was younger i used to have dreams all the time that ended with me dying somehow. Was killed more ways than Freddy Krueger. Can't remember the details of them as this was 15 years ago or more.

I was amidst the zombie apocalypse and took shelter in my local supermarket... shouldn't have watched Dawn of the Dead before sleeping.

I dreamed that i was dreaming. In the dream...dream Kennedy was my father and we had an argument about something and punched him in the face. Then i dreamed that i woke up and saw on TV something about Kennedy, how he was a good man, everybody loved them e.t.c. and he's son has disappeared. Then I was trying to prove the world, that I'm the reincarnation if Kennedy's son.
I even can't make sense out of it.
But once i dreamed that i was peeing and i destroyed the world...by peeing. I couldn't stop, because i already destroyed half of the world and heard people screaming at me to stop, i didn't want to go to jail.
