Cyanide and Happiness is really good. I also occasionally enjoy VGCats.

I don't read that many, but I do love Cyanide & Happiness and Yahtzee's old webcomic Chris and Trilby.

my two favorite webcomics are post nuke and red's planet.they are really awsome.

Cyanide and Happiness, Johnny Wander, Awkward Zombie, and Nerf Now!

In no particular order: Penny Arcade, Cyanide and Happiness, Doghouse Diaries, Critical Miss, and Oglaf Comics. Oh yeah,...Oglaf comics. Tee-hee!

Manly Guys Doing Manly Things is epic. If anyone hasn't seen it please go check it out.

Johnny Wander - http://www.johnnywander.com/
Yellow Peril - http://ypcomic.com/
Three Panel soul - http://threepanelsoul.com/ (sequel of Mac hall)
Mac Hall - http://www.machall.com/ (its ended but till fantastic)
Red Vs Blue Comics - http://roosterteeth.com/comics/ (also finish, and admittedly REALLY injokey but still good)
Botched Spot - http://botchedspot.com (This is A Wrestling comic, but if you like WWE/TNA etc its a great read.

Very few webcomics actually appeal to me, so it would be Homestuck, and pretty much only Homestuck.

Once upon a time, I read VG Cats and Awkward Zombie, but those two have lost their appeal for me for one reason or another. I've given others a try and I don't really care for any others.

I used to read Hanna is Not a Boy's Name, but she hasn't updated in over a year and thinking about that fact makes me sad. I would gladly continue reading if she would continue the story.

I absolutely adore The Adventures of Dr. McNinja, it's really fucking funny and awesome.

Questionable Content and P3/4 FTW are pretty fun too

There's not enough Romantically Apocalyptic here. So yeah...Romantically Apocalyptic.

http://romanticallyapocalyptic.com/1

Someone posted it in a thread similar to this one and posted this comic...I fell in love.

Critical Miss and Name Game, of course.

I keep up with VGcats, Penny Arcade, and I've recently taken a liking to a comic called Max Overreacts, which was very hit and miss with me.

Dominic Deegan: Oracle For Hire
Questionable Content
Girls With Slingshots
Least I Could Do: the Comic
El Goonish Shive
Looking For Group
The Adventures of Dr. McNinja
Two Guys and Guy
Go Get a Roomie (Kinda NSFW)
Twokinds
Ctrl+Alt+Del
Sequential Art
6-Commando
Ménage à 3 (Kinda NSFW)
Magick Chicks (Kinda NSFW)
Eerie Cuties (Kinda NSFW)
Earthsong
Dresden Codak
Spy6teen

Theres the list of what I'm currently following.

VG Cats

Plus

I think right now Dresden Codak is holding my interest the most. The artwork kicks serious ass and the philosophies in it are things that I've often pondered myself. It does have a tendency to suffer from mood whiplash now and again.

As far as games related ones, I'll go with Penny Arcade and Critical Miss, although lately the latter has been a mixed bag for me.

control alt delete has always been my favorite, ever since mall monkeys went away

My favourites are the few I read, which are Cyanide & Happiness, XKCD, Penny Arcade, and The Trenches.

Considering that I read about 130 webcomics (and that's not including ones that I haven't been caught up on since August and ones that are on my waiting list) I'm just going to link a few of the ones I keep updated on the most.

The Zombie Nation
Jefbot
RuneSpark
Sweet and Sour Grapes
Nerf Now

It used to be Order of the Stick, but I've recently come across a comic called Gunnerkrigg Court that's really amazing.

Too bad it only gets like 10 updates per year :/

Easily the best comic out there on the intertubes is DOUBLE K.

In essence, take the characters and over-the-top ridiculousness of Tengenn Toppa Gurren-Lagann and make a buddy-cop movie out of it. It's god damn amazing.

Chimneyspeak (NFSW)
Eerie Cuties
Elven
Twokinds
Something Positive
The Tale of Aeria
Looking for Group
Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi
Grim Tales
Menage a 3 (NFSW)
Out There
Sequential Art
Girls With Slingshots
Dumbing of Age
Monsterful
Spinnerette
Candi
Las Linda
Kevin & Kell
The Adventures of Wilgaf and Mordred

Also finished 8-bit theatre, which is an excellent read

I honestly think webcomics are becoming a medium in their own right, plenty have actual stories rivaling novels and animation these days.

I encourage everyone to try finding ones you like

Whoah! That comic is still around? I haven't read it in years! I figured all the fans got fed up with Fred only updating once every other month by now.

Anyway, my top list is as follows:
Penny Arcade
Johnny Wander
The Meek
Manly Guys Doing Manly Things
Awkward Zombie
Wasted Talent

Probably Twokinds. A lot of web comic goers should know of this comic.
And Freefall. A really old comic that started in the 90's internet. (So young back than). And has been going on to this day. Over 2000 pages of hilarity and awesomeness. It drove off in the last couple hundred pages for one of the other characters to do stuff. But the main guy is back so it's better for the comedy, was all business before.

Persona 3 FTW and Persona 4TW. The art isn't all that great, it's just a simple MS Paint comic, but the humor is mostly good, and you have to admire the author's dedication to actually updating the webcomic every single day (often with more than one comic) for almost 3 years. The creator also just recently started Persona Won which follows the first game and updates Monday-Friday.

...Yes, I do those comics, so what? :P

Anyway serious answer. My favorite is probably Monsterhood. I really do think it's the best webcomic I've ever read that combines gag-a-day style comics with an ongoing storyline and manages to be good in both regards. It's on hiatus right now, but I suggest taking this time to catch up on it.

Honorable mention goes to Misery Loves Sherman, which is also not uploading right now.

But yeah, even if you don't wanna check out my silly little comics, Monsterhood and Misery Loves Sherman are both well worth looking into.

UncleUlty:
and P3/4 FTW are pretty fun too

Was actually a little surprised to see someone mention those already lol. I hope you'll also enjoy Persona Won. Thanks for reading.

Ctrl Alt Del.
Cyanide and Happiness.
VG Cats
and Penny Arcade.

And the Persona 4 comics that one guy does.

Manly Guys Doing Manly Things

Statistically more manly per panel than all other comics put together.

Girl Genius! hands down, love that crazy madhouse of science and insanity!

Anything by Himdaisy, man his comics are funny.

TheYellowCellPhone:
Considering I own the pissing usergroup, Homestuck. Literally the best work of fiction I've ever read. Period.

I'm not sure why, but i decided to check out Homestuck after seeing your post. Its been four hours and i'm still reading it. So far it's worth it.

So... thanks?

OT: In order: XKCD, LICD, Hark! A Vagrant, Order of the Stick, and to top it all off, let's say Out At Home (http://www.out-at-home.com/) I read a lot of Webcomics but these are the ones i pay the most attention too. Honorable mention goes to Uh Oh it's a Dinosaur (http://fulltimeink.com/dino).

hmm, where do I start?

Whomp! http://www.whompcomic.com/
Whomp hasn't been mentioned yet, also:

Nedroid http://nedroid.com/
doesn't update often, but still amazing!

Natalie Dee http://www.nataliedee.com/
while I'm at it, Toothpaste for Dinner http://www.toothpastefordinner.com/
awesome stuff!

Gunshow http://gunshowcomic.com/
No description is possible.

and that's all I have that isn't already posted!

I read a lot of webcomics, but I think the one that I enjoy the most is Questionable Content. The author/artist updates everyday during the weekdays, he has a lot of memorable, original, and funny characters, and he has a lot of funny and interesting story arcs.

Yeah, I just check every couple months and read through the archive from where I last left off.

i used to read all the gaming ones
vgcats
ctrl alt del
penny arcade

ande then realised the quality declined (ctrl alt del) or they never updated (vgcats) or that they weren't that interesting to me anymore (penny arcade)

So for me its pretty much just satw aatm.

Cat and Girl. I'm binge-ing through the archives. And XKCD.

WhyBotherToTry:
Critical Miss and Name Game

Agreed, there the only two that I follow, as apposed to viewing when I remember

DM of the Rings, Darths & Droids, Homestuck.

Questionable Content. I'm addicted to that series, have been for months.
Also Name Game, obviously.
XKCD and Cyanide & Happiness are also classics.

I don't care for VGCats or Penny Arcade, though. They're really bland.
