Yeah, I think that hilarious rage comes not as much from Gabe Newell liking a particular show as the fact that every single brony has to view it as some sort of collective victory and post about in the forums. The spam is what frustrate people, not the show or who watches it or not. In fact, most of us couldn't care less about all that.

Why does watching it with kids automatically mean you can't like it yourself? If you had kids to watch it with, why would you bother watching it by yourself when you can just watch weekly with them? Also, he already admitted he was a brony so he obviously does like it.

the ONLY reason that I even care that gabe newell is a brony/likes the show is that it really sticks it to that group of obnoxious, irrational, hateful people who have to judge people simply based on what they like.

otherwise, I'm just thinking "oh neat, he also likes it." it doesn't really matter to me, but all I can think about is just how many people are raging at this fact, the kind of irrationality that's erupting from places such as 4chan and youtube over a guy liking a simple cartoon.

It's those kind of people that makes me sympathize with other people's need to sort of flaunt their love for MLP. I'm sorry for everyone who gets caught in the crossfire, but you have the plethora of angry retards to blame for this.
