I'd try this if it was available:
Paintball. Do it. Now. You get to shoot people and build your own guns. You get personalized ammo. Can be done in fields, indoors, and in set courses. Some areas have cash prizes.
Airsoft/Paintball is a personal favorite.
Failing that, blitzball.
All the fun of hockey, la crosse and cricket in one big team sport. Of course if you aren't keen on people whacking solid balls at very fast speeds at head height across a crowded field then maybe not.
Is slam ball still a thing? I know they used to show games on Spike TV, but I haven't heard anything in a while. That being said, how can basketball on trampolines not be awesome?
I'll say badminton as it really easy to get into. The basics of the sport are the easiest of any of the racket sports, pretty much all sports centres I been to have badminton facilities and clubs are plentiful (my small town has 3!!). Plus also has the advantage of having both singles and doubles, so game style can be varied.
Though it is a game that requires finesse and flexibility over brute strength so it wont be for everyone.
