I was exactly zero percent surprised when I saw this story pop up. The school wasn't as bad as some of the inner city schools but it's definately no cakewalk in the teapark either. (only slightly less horrible than the school in the movie High School High, not by much though.) It's the perfect example of a shitty public school you were forced to attend and had all the life sucked out of you every day going there. The place was full of white trash idiots who literally only exist to make life difficult for everyone around them. They spend their schoolday lighting Starburst wrappers, throwing paper wads, doing that thing where you insert a pin in the webbing between your fingers so it stays there when your palm faces down, coming to class with pink eye then rubbing their fingers on their eyes and trying to touch your eyes to give it to you..
The most disgusting one to me was that even the mentally challenged students would get singled out every day. It wasn't even just the bullies who picked on them, the rich popular pretty cliques would do it to, tormenting them until they had shouting fits or tantrums. The teachers were (and probably still are) bumbling morons just there to collect a paycheck, completely useless in controlling the classrooms or handling out of control students. Their idea of discipline would be to make someone switch seats, moving them six feet away. (yeah, that solved the problem.) If someone had told them about this plot to detonate bombs, it would have fallen on deaf ears.
The sad thing is, i'll bet anyone five dollars that the girl who told police and thus probably saved dozens of lives will be called "snitch" the rest of the schoolyear. I mean, who cares if she prevents people from dying right? I'm not saying anyone deserves to be killed, but I definately can understand their desire to commit another Columbine. |
| It's High School. It's where the biggest collection insecure twats, and start-up whores gather, most of which never ever leave even though they've become the age where they're old enough to rent a car by themselves. |
| I still maintain that anyone who says "High School was the Best Time of my Life" is an asshole who peaked at 17.
I didn't even have a hard time in high school and I'm glad it's over with |
