I'd say about a 6, I hang out with people a lot, but it is a fairly limited group. Just one or two good friends and my girlfriend. And I only go out partying and the like once every 10 days or so.

Probably a 3-4. I have friends and occasionally I go to a party or something. I don't live too close to any friends and I don't have a girlfriend since I think that I do not have time for one. My grades and personal projects come first.

If talking online and at school counts, about a 7 maybe. I only see one of my friends at the weekends mainly because i'm just tired and want to be left alone after a long week. So if those don't count, 2.

I'll go with a 6 or a 7. When I'm not absurdly busy with my courses and studying for said courses I'm usually chilling with friends or partying, only occasionally taking a weekend to just get really nerdy over either video games or music production.

Quick note: Most electronic music producers are massive nerds, ironic given the outgoing and party filled nature of our 'scene'.

Are you me? Yeah, around a 6 or 7 but every other weekend I devote to doing nerdy shit cause I'm still a gamer at heart. Music production as well, and i'm glad you touched on that little fun fact. Most think EDM producers are DJ club hopping douchebags (and while there are some), most are introverted tech geeks that would rather be home with a tasty synth instead of getting completely smashed.

In high school though I was probably around a 9. I tried balancing gaming and social life... needless to say my grades suffered horribly. I passed but I had to stay at the local uni instead of traveling to the better schools like all my friends.

All my friends live accross seas. I do make a weekly trip to the shop and become replenished of my disgust for humanity. So that's all good.

On the rare occasions I get to see my friends the times are all the more memorable.
When that happens it gets bumped up to a 5. (I'm still not a very social person, but the few who know me and know me well know that I like to be a silent presence among a group, I like company I just don't add much to it, so if you keep me around and are okay with a silent tag along then you have my gratitude and I will be as loyal as you need.)

5-6. We go out every so often (once every week or so) but we all speak to each other every night on teamspeak and game together so yeah.

I would say like an 8 when I was in high school, actually thought my circle of friends and satellite groups to be the coolest kids besides the drugs and hos groups.

Now its more like a 6 in college. My social life was like a zero when I started high school so I think it just takes awhile for me to make new friends. Still pretty close to my old ones.

But to standards around here it'd be like a 3 since I don't go out and party.

A poll would have been good for this. In any case, something like 2-3.

I don't hang out all that often, but I do see my friends from time to time, and I'm always up for seeing them. It's just that our schedules don't always match up.

It's more or less 8 at the moment. I'm in between jobs while everyone of my friends are either working in another city or in school.

However, I hope that it would go up to 11 this Friday when I get to meet up with my friends to see The Avengers!

2, I moved away from all my friends and I just can't seem to make any new local ones. It'll be better once I'm able to buy a car.

0, i can't rememeber the last time i was even invited to go anywhere, let alone went anywhere.

i have 'schoolmates' but they're only schoolmates. the only time i see any of them out of school is if i bump into them at the shop when i am resupplying my 'food' stash. Irn Bru and pepperami (sometimes cookies) apart from that i only talk over xbox and the internet.

Im so goddamned lonely.....

About a 4.5, between school, projects and work. I try to see my friends as much as I can. Even though sunday is my day to just do what ever I want.

Also i'm not big on drinking, bars, and clubs.

I know it's pathetic, but I go 2-3 days without seeing someone in person. Because I'm out of school, not working, and the friends I had have all moved or are to busy with trying to pay the bills I don't have any real outlet to meet people. It doesn't help that since I moved here I haven't been seeing my therapist and have been off my rather high dose of anti-depressants.

hmm from the thread 1 seems to be around seeing someone every few weeks i would be 0 and has been for 18 months. i havent spoken to or seen another person face to face apart from the odd delivery person in about 12 months

Three. my best friend and I text every day, and we meet ever week. Apart from her, I don't really have a social life. Nor do I want one. It takes time from my manga reading.

Some people would say the top social status is dancing on the rooftop of your penthouse suite drinking vodka while being sandwiched between two girls in the middle of a wet t-shirt contest.

I on the other hand am more of a nod in the hallway of my work kind of person. Just not very social... least in real life. My best friend I've know for 6 years. Online its 12... -shrug- just easier to talk to people when I don't have to look at them. Not an "AAAAAA your hideous!" type of thing. More of a I really don't like looking at people when I talk to them... makes me stumble over my words.

Probably 7 or 8. I meet up with my friends pretty much every day but it's never a planned thing, we just kinda happen across each other on campus. And most of us aren't really the partying type.
