Have You Ever Heard Your Roomie(s)...

... doing it? I only ask because it happened to me last night (or rather early this morning). If yes, how did you react/deal with it?

Here's what went down:

It was 2 in the morning, and I was having trouble getting to sleep (largely due to something that had happened earlier, but one story at a time people). I hear someone come home, and notice that it's a pair of people clomping up the stairs. I hear the pair enter the room next to mine. They get kind of quiet, and I hear something being unwrapped. I hear a rubbery snap (at that point I'm fairly certain what's going on), a squish (I'm certain at that point what was happening), and several minutes of a bed squeaking and the girl's moans. During this whole ordeal, I'm wondering if hearing this happen made me a pervert, and the boyfriend's snoring wasn't enough to drown their act out.
To make matters 'better', it wasn't their bed they were having sex in.
So, the following morning, I did one of the only things I could think of doing. I asked "You had fun last night I take it?"
She said she did.

Now I have have to wait for the roomie that had his bed defiled to come home to warn him to burn his sheets.

Capatcha: face the music
Indeed.

Never had roomies, but me being me I would try to ruin the mood.

wait a second....are you the soren at lasertime forums perhaps?

I've heard it. I didn't really care, since the poor dude only got to see his girlfriend about once a month. I figured they could go nuts.

Nope, my only room mate is... Something tells me he's never asked girl out. That, and my college is small n cheap, so I wouldn't be just hearing it, it'd be a couple yards away. The rooms are basically a hotel room. One room, one closet, one bathroom, two beds.

Not mine, but my girlfriend's room-mate. His girlfriend over-acts, and I just don't need to hear those creaking and hitting noises. *shudder*

It's pretty hilarious though, and exceptionally frequent.

More annoyingly they have a habit of playing loud music while doing so, in what I think is a failed attempt to cover their noises. It doesn't do anything except ensure I'm awoken to hear such things.

Really is no excuse for having sex in someone elses bed unless they want their ass kicked. Yeah I have done it before, but I was never going back to that house because it was a one night stand. Can't blame the guy who never found me to be pissed off that I did it. A thing you have to deal with when your living with people. Really not as bad as my friend who was constantly having sex with this girl who had the worst voice I have ever heard. Don't even know how to describe it, imagine a hyena with a nasal voice.

My college roommate was so loud with her bf that I would bang my boots on the wall to tell her to keep it down

I overheard my parents once, that is much worse than a roomie.

Yes.

In fact it's kinda the reason I got kicked out. They were tired of trying to be quiet and wanted privacy. ¬_¬

I just ignored it, or put my earphones on. (Luckily I can sleep with music on.)

Was tempted to play 'Eye of the Tiger' outside their door, but I didn't want my iPod getting destroyed 'cause of it.

I came home one day from a weekend trip to find a condom wrapper and a girl's shirt in my bed. Apparently my roommate thought it was okay to let his cousin and his girlfriend sleep in my bed. He didn't give them permission to fuck, but I was still pretty pissed at him.

I only heard one of my roommate's girls during the actual sex once, while I was putting my clothes away. There were four of us in a room, with two dividing walls. So the setup was our living room type of area, then a wall, then the living space I shared with another roommate, another dividing wall, and finally the other living space where the last two roommates slept. Our "closet" was a massive open area that spanned both living areas. I was hanging a shirt or two up in the closet when I heard the noises. Disgusted me to hear it, as if it wasn't bad enough that my roommates, the guys across the hall, and I all knew when it was going to go down.

I also frequently had to deal with the girl's incredibly annoying cooing noises and baby talk too. I had thought she was pretty cool compared to the other two girls he had brought into our room over the course of the year, but by the end, I wanted to kill her along with everyone else in the room.

Not as bad as walking in on your GRANDPARENTS. I really wish I was making that up. ;-;

I'm pretty sure I would have raised some hell over that. Losing my damn home at the moment because they wanna get their rocks off with little trouble. They best the fuck find a way to get used to it...

You poor, poor man... So what happened?

OT: Nope, thankfully. When I fist moved into my dorm, I was paranoid about the whole thing. Especially upon knowing my roommate had a boyfriend. But it was nice. She always asked if her boyfriend could visit and they never got up to anything. As the year ended, she stopped being around so she probably stayed with him more.

This is probably a bit of denial but I may or may not have possibly, maybe, sorta, kinda overheard my mom and her boyfriend doing it at times. My room is right the fuck next to theirs, connected by a door which the bed is next to. Every time I think I'm hearing something, the radio, the tv or both get cranked up considerably.

Basically I was eleven years old and visiting my grandparents. I ended up getting sick during the middle of the night, so after vomiting I walk past my grandparent's room. I knocked on the door since I figured it'd be a good idea to point out I had just puked, they didn't hear me, so I opened the door and BOOM instant trauma. ;-;

Yes. And my roomies have heard me having sex before too. *shrug* It happens.

My last year of college I was in a suite of 5 including myself. One of the guys frequently had his ladyfriend over for some springy, loud sex. His room was pretty much right off of the common area where the TV and my PS3 spent time, so we all got quite an earful every time. Not even particularly late in the night, either.

No.

They were too busy having sex with me.

Renegade Shepard:
No.

They were too busy having sex with me.

Waittaminit..... You didn't hear them having sex with you?

Shut up.

Yes, same thing happened to me, I stole a pack of my dad's cigarettes, snuck out of the house, and started chain smoking the rest of the night.

Can you guess who I am?

I've heard roommates, they've heard me, I've walked in on them, they've walked in on me...Most of us didn't even care, since it was college and we all knew what went on.

I live with non married christans so no sex at all

Many a time. I lived with two other guys and one of the guys used to bring his girlfriend over at the weekend. Whenever 'it' started, the other roommate and I would just watch a film or play a video game...it actually turned into quite a fun ritual that would occur regardless of sex noises

soren7550:
... doing it?

Worse. Or better, depending on your point of view.

I once walked into my dorm room (it was a double) while wearing headphones. I had time to set my art bag down and turn around before I got an eye-full of my roommate riding her boyfriend like there was no tomorrow. She was facing towards me, but her eyes were closed (not sure if this was because she was nearing her moment, or because it was broad daylight) so I got the full view while she had no idea I was there. Her boyfriend was at the wrong angle to see me, and far too busy to notice.

So I left my bag there and calmly left the room. As far as I know, they never had any idea I was there... at least, neither of them ever mentioned it or my magical teleporting art bag.

Nope, Only one of them ever had sex in our room (I know another had a girlfriend over a few times but mostly they just cuddled). I just went out into the common room when she came over and thankfully they weren't very loud cause it was a blow job both times. Didn't really mind, I didn't have any work to get done at the time and really I was happy for him. It's only as big a deal as you make it.

This will likely never happen to me. Won't live in dorm when I go off to College, and I will likely live alone when I get a job.

Ha! Once I was trying to fall asleep and my roomie (who is actually a roomie) and his lady friend stumbled in and proceeded to take a ride in the struggle-buggy. Many luls were had. His bed also knocked against the wall so you could pretty much tell whenever they were going at it. Hint: It was a lot. They also left the door open once and I walked in on them.

Bang Kaboom Ferrell:

I've had a three-way with an unmarried Catholic friend of mine and her boyfriend. And she's pious Catholic too. She's told me that she doesn't think God cares what she does with her body, as long as she's a good person. I have witnessed her having lesbian sex (with me), anal sex, and using condoms (that's was a fun evening). I imagine she had a lot to confess come Sunday.

My point being, the issue with your two roommates isn't their being Christians. It's just them being prudes. Trust me, I've slept with enough Christians to know. :p

Nope, I avoid living with other people for these reasons :/

Meh, I've seen roommates with their significant other walk nude past the living room into the bathroom. Another roommate had this kinda of glass paneling wall that faced the kitchen and the other roommate and I were eating breakfast and this guy just openly masturbated when we could clearly see him. We looked up from our breakfast with our mouths just hanging open, he stared at us and kept going.

Hold on one sec...

So the girl was cheating on her boyfriend?
