The song you want at your funeral (in order to troll your close relatives)

Self explanatory, really. What song do you want at your funeral? I'd like a peppy song at mine. Something really discordant with the mood. That ought to be a nice and proper send off.

I've actually told my mother that in the unlikely event of my untimely death, I specifically want this song to play:

Perfectly sums up what death should be in my opinion: A celebration of that person's life as well as the sadness of losing that person for those who are left behind.

EDIT: Did you add that "(in order to troll your close relatives)" to the title? I certainly don't remember it being there when I posted. However, I may not haven paying attention...

I don't know if it would really be trolling them but playing Gangnum Style might be fun. If I play it after the dirt's been dropped, I might actually get some people to dance on my grave!

Lastly, the obvious classic):

Ninja forces deployed!

I love this song, it's one of the most beautiful songs about endings I've ever heard. So, this is what I'd have.

I think it would be kinda cool to have Alice in Chain's nutshell to be played. other then that... there's always the "_______'s death song"

Why would I care?

After all, I'll be too dead to hear it.

Quite obviously this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JN25hbDMWUA

I like going over the top.

If people aren't getting drunk at my funeral, they're not welcome.

I quite like the thought of this played at my funeral:

Gangnam Style obviously. In my will I'll leave to my four closest friends the cost of really quick puppeteer-ing lessons so that they can make my dead body do the dance, which will undoubtedly be hilarious as rigor mortis sets in.

Seriously though, I have no idea.

I think we can change the title to 'How would you troll your grieving relatives?' That would more or less be the point ._.

As for thread, I dunno, I guess that bagpipe-y thing that sounds like sandpaper of the ears.

Well the obvious answer is.

You know to fuck with the religious people.

In the event that am given the wrong type of ladder and perish in a hilarious accident:

...Or in the event that I feel like chinning off everyone in attendance, this one at full volume:

Remind me to murder you attend your unfortunate and tragic funeral.

Oh god that's genius. That is the best answer anyone could have ever given. That's not an opinion, either. That is scientific fact.

No offense to all the other beautiful people, though. I only started reading them after posting this, and most of them are pretty good. Most. The ones that aren't, you know who you are.

Yes I am listening to it :P. Fits, somewhat, in this context too.

My sister's a fellow DW fan, so maybe, for a split second, she'll think it was all part of some master plan.

Obviously this!

My parents know the song and would be so disgusted proud!

Well its a bit of a toss-up there for me but i guess im going to go with this one.

A song for the ages. One that truly captures the nuances of life and death, a perfect musical accompaniment for a soul ascending from this mortal plane. Every note a symphony of emotion, a true crescendo for a life well lived.

I feel this would be totally appropiate for a graveyard.

Only two songs I want playing at my funeral....

And

I'm going to start off with a closed casket,
then when people line up to pay their last respects the casket opens.
Rick Astley jumps out of my coffin and... Well you know the rest.

Assuming Rick Astley out lives me

i am a romantic at heart, i would love this song, if i die before my mother.
http://youtu.be/TuSskyS6slg its about dying before your parents (at least a version of this song was about this) and wanting to be reborn as their child again.
can someone tell me how to put the video up on there instead of a link to it...

Any of these will leave my loved ones to question why they loved me.

If it's only my immediate family attending? C-Lo Green's "Fuck You" (if the song doesn't tip you off, I really don't like them).

Other than that? Well, there is that song that I and a few others know as the "X is Dead Song":

Well if we're talking troll and embarassments...

Yup.

Hurm, this is a toughie...

J ames Brown In I Feel Good... That would annoy anyone and i would want the speakers implanted in my body's mouth so that it would be like im singin it while my body is being turned to ash by honorary turbolaser battery's firing from orbiting Executor SSD ... Yeah...

This song just has to top all of them. Although it's kinda like trolling myself more than anyone else.

Still playing it no matter what anyone says.
