Poll: Biggest age difference between you and a sexual partner Pages 1 2 NEXT
Better not mention that to your current girlfriend. I have a habit of going with slightly older girls, like four or five years older.
EVERYBODY knows: (Highest age in a relationship)/2+7years = minimum age Everything else is socially awkward *g*. So she is 32 -> 32/2= 16, 16+7=23. Your relationship is slightly awkward. This formula of course gets a bit weird in extreme conditions and doesn't apply to children.
I've never been more than two years older or younger. I'm not sure how I'd feel about banging someone in their 30's while I was still my current age (23)...
hmmm it would be around 30 years difference id say
2 years if she is younger than me, but i don't mind if im with a 28 year old, not that i would date someone 10 years older than me
I was 20, my partner was 32. That was the biggest age difference.
That "formula" is weird in any age group out of teens/early twenties. By the time we hit 25 I do hope we're mature enough that we don't have to calculate it. I am both amused and baffled as to how it's actually used as a "rule" as people. I mean, when I'm 40, I shouldn't be having sex with anyone under 27? I'd hope a, say, 25 year old woman was mature enough to make an informed decision.
She was 18, I was 22. It wasn't bad.
yeah but that formula is more for a long term relationship, not only sex to respond to OP question, i was 17 and she was 35 (but i must admit that i told her that i was 20) and it was a one time thing, so 18 years difference
Doesn't matter...when adults are involved, anyone should be able to be in a relatioship with anyone without it being "socially awkward"...
I'm 7 years older than my girlfriend. Oldest woman I ever dated was 5 years older than me. Biggest age gap in my social circle is 22 years.
About 17 years. I was 17, himself 34ish, I see no problem in age gaps as long as both parties are legal.
A friend of mine, my age, has been living with his girlfriend for a couple of years now and she's 9 years his senior. Makes me look boring by comparison. My biggest age difference was about eight months. Current age difference: a full month, nine days. Pff.
8 months. I don't know why but i find that funny . Is it because you seek out people the exact same age as you? Or is it just a coincidence?
Throughout most of my adolescence I had a crush on a girl 5 years my senior, we made out one time tops and that was it. I don't really 'filter' my seeking when I'm on seeking mode. Either I like someone or I don't, age and everything else aside.
Haven't always known their age, but I don't think I've gone greater than three years older and two years younger.
I believe it was 19 years, give or take a year or two. Wasn't very memorable apparently.
Why do I have a feeling there will be a lot of exaggeration in this thread... Anyway, about 4/5 years. I'm 20 and he's 25 now I think. I was 16 and stupid. Apparently he tried to fuck some 13 year old recently. :s
For a relationship? Four years. She was 16, I was 20. Some people frowned upon this, but we never really cared. For just sex? Probably around the same as OP, I was early 20s, she was 40 something, I don't know for sure, and I don't really care nor mind.
My husband is six years older and that's the oldest partner I've ever had. He's a wonderful person. n_n
17 years. I'm 18 years old. I'll leave it up to you to make that decis- wait last time I made a joke like that I got put on probation FUCK. Erm, well I'm a virgin but I have a thing for older women. Then again I'm a virgin so I guess I have a thing for anyone willing and of age so... yeah... so lonely
Largest age gap I've slept with was 28 years, I was 20 she was 48 (though she was pretty hot for a 48 year old). Largest gap in long term relationship is my current at 6 years. I am 30 and she is 24. I think it mostly depends on mental maturity. If you are looking for a long term relationship the mental age is much more important than the physical age. If you are talking pure sexual relationship then I say whatever is legal and you are attracted to.
Just recently, I slept with a 17 year old while I am myself 21. So four years. Otherwise, all of my relationships have been between 0 and 3 grades younger than me, so the norm is 0 to 3 years difference. I honestly don't have a problem with age differences so long as both parties are consenting. I likely wouldn't have a lengthy relationship with a woman much (say, beyond 3 or 4 years) older than me, myself, but what other people do is none of my concern. I must say, I was a bit surprised by the poll results. I wasn't expecting such a huge number of people having vastly different ages in relationships/sexings. I feel like there's a whole world I'm missing out on or something.
The biggest age difference for me was 21 years if I did my basic math right. My average though is usually 1 - 3 years below or above me.
25 for me, when I was 18. I'll let you guys figure out who was the older one there.
I was 19... she was 31. I learned a hell of a lot, that's for sure.
My current boyfriend is 24 and I'm 21, he's the oldest person I've been with. I made out with an 18 year old when I was 13 but I don't think that counts. He was so creepy looking back on it, at the time I thought he was cool.
Well, I've never had one. But I can say at my current age, I probably wouldn't want to go past 8 years. Maximum. On that note, when I was 18, I was hit on by a 32 year old man. He wasn't aesthetically pleasing to me already. And I found out the day before that he was married. So I was already not interested. The age just finished it off. Doing the math, that's 14 years older than me. Nearly twice my age at the time. But yeah, that freaked me out. I suppose a more simpler answer than this is not anyone who could be old enough to be my dad. And with my mom involved with a guy that I considered a step father before he revealed to be a cheating asshole with dreams of having two women, 32 was that at the time. He's in his 40s now and I'm 24, so I could see someone in their 30s now. Basically, I imagine my max age difference will alter when I do.
Seven. I was nineteen and he twenty six. Sadly we didn't go further than third base.
Well, delving into my expansive number of relationships (3), mine would be 4 years - I was 18 and she was 22. Theoretically, I wouldn't really mind a much larger schism if the opportunity presented itself.
You might not realize it, but being alive for a long time could render your near age mating obsolete. So my age difference would range somewhere in the thousands, at the least. If, of course, we're not talking about family rituals.
What country do you live in? Because I know that 14 is considered being a minor in the U.S. OT: The beautiful girl I am dating will turn 16 in April. I'll turn 15 in October. Compared to most of you guys, that's nothing at all.
Born and raised in the U.S. of A. friend.
6 months, so I can't really vote. I'm now a month younger than my boyfriend, so I tend to stay pretty much around my own age.
Or, you know, kids under 14 definitely shouldn't be having sexual partners? OT: I'm 21 now and dating an 18 year old. So 3 years I guess?

So i just had sex with a 32 year old for the first time today. My girlfriend just turned 32 . And this is where how i thought up my thread . I am 24 , my girlfriend is 32 . Our age difference is 8 years . Now I know a lot of people who would say that's too much for them personally . However i have had sexual partners that were older than that . The biggest age difference i have achieved was 18 years, I was 20 and she was 38 at the time. And quite honestly, it was the most memorable and enjoyable experience i have had to date.
So my fellow escapists what was the biggest age difference between you and a sexual partner?
