In an ironic twist, my girlfriend (of 5 years) is one day younger than me.

About two years, but it was a one-time thing. Last spring, I was eighteen, and she was sixteen. Compared to some of you guys that doesn't seem like much, but it was a bit weird. Not in a creepy way or anything, she was probably one of the more developed sixteen year olds I've known, but mentally she was pretty immature. I never used to think of her in a sexual way at all, suddenly finding yourself getting hot n' heavy with someone you thought of as innocent was strange.

For a sexual partner? Like three years. I had a girlfriend who was 6 years younger than me, but that was when I was 22, but sexuality wasn't discussed. We were more there for each other emotionally, as she was going through some rough times at home, and I was trusted enough by her mother that taking her out of the house for weekends was okay. That relationship ended when she went to college, though we still keep in touch.

About 12 years give or take a year. It was about 4 months ago and I'm 23 and I guess she was 35ish. Nothing serious just a 1 night thing.

I used to hook up with a girl who's 26 right now. I'm 23 so I guess that's not much of an age difference. Still, I'm pretty sure my threshold would be a five year difference. Any more than that would have to involve some pretty generous genetics.

I'm surprised at how many people picked "10+," since that's the age difference between myself and my current SO (11 years to be exact) and people are always a little taken aback when they learn that fact. Maybe it's more common in one night stands than in long-term relationships.

We also decided to get together at exactly the point when our ages fit The Formula (25 and 36), so that was a weird little coincidence.
