I'm kind of ashamed for the Escapist that I'm the first to mention this:

Monty Python And The Search For The Holy Grail

How did I not think of that? It's one of the very few movies I own. -_-

Skyfall...think about it.. see he did fail

The Wickerman- I have only watched the original with Christopher Lee and Edward Woodward, not the remake starring Nicholas Cage. But in the original:

A brilliant film. I can't comment on the remake.

well i was going to say 12 monkeys off the top of my head but it seems someone got there before me.

seven, the usual suspects and the wickerman are all good calls too.

y'know what the big one for me is ? (but its not a movies)...Twin Peaks.

i still have reservations about getting "into" big story arc series because of Twin Peaks...

I can. It is terrible. The only thing they have in common is the title.

Wrong Turn 5 is a good example

Some good one's mentioned so far.

Chinatown
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (kind of, the 'bad guys' fail too but it's a nice no one wins situation)
Cabin in the Woods
Skyfall (think about it those of you who've seen it, the bad guy being beat and the good guy failing are not one and the same.)
Knowing
After.Life (wonderfully misanthropic Liam Neeson-ness)
The Dark Knight (obviously)
Resident Evil Afterlife (sort of?)
Night of the Living Dead

I could probably think of more.

-__- I said something but then I realized the guy directly above me beat me to it, I've got nothing then...
