Totally agree. Personally can't stand the PS3 so wouldent care about a remake of final fantasy VII although, that would be AWESOME |

Graphics improved, wifi multiplayer, and maybe some extra stuff thrown in. Final Fantasy 1-X all on one PS3 disc. WiiNes - All official original NES titles on a one/two disc collection for the Wii. Possibility of leading the way for the same thing in SNES. X-Com + TFTD for DS Conker's Bad Fur Day 2 for Wii Star Control II remade with modern tech and/or sequel to Starcon3. |

If they can insure all the bugs are worked out of FF2, and they update the graphics and the translations, (but if they take out 'you spoony bard' from FF4, people WILL be shot), then this one, hands down. I'm an FF nut, which is why I would've voted for option 1 had the poll not sucked. |

Or more likely, because it was the first FF to go 3D, first FF on the PSX, every guy who ever played the game wishes he could have either Cloud or Sephiroth's hairdoo (I tried for Sephi's once), and because it was oh, 5x the length of all previous FF titles. Couple this with FF8 sucking hard enough to remove the hairs from Ron Jeremy's nutsack, and 9 being released too soon to the PS2 launch (NOT that any kids got to play with the PS2 for months, thanks to defective units and no stock in stores). |

Won't happen as square can't be assed to translate the earlier ones that never saw a US release. Best you'd see is FF1, 4 and 6, then all the next gen ones. |

True and not... Yes they can't be bothered to rework their games, but they have another studio (Matrix Software) who does it for them. Did a nice job on FF3 for DS too. |

I've gotten "Omg you need to play that game!" for years and that amount of zeal over one game must mean it's a half decent game, so yeah, I would like to play it without going bargain bin hunting for a PS2/PS1 and the game itself. |
