Recently my computer died, taking with it my work, my pictures, my music and...
my Frets On Fire high scores
Now using an old laptop to complete my day-to-day tasks, i look forward to playing through the songs i battled long with and planting my substantial ass back at the top of each and every scoreboard, i wondered how i fared against my fellow escapists in quick fingers and sheer rockitude. Now, i'm good, i wont try to dress it up, i'm good, its a fact, so i thought i might see how the rest of the escapists do, i might get flattened into non-existence by your might, but i thought its not a bad idea to start a little competition.
you can get the game here, tracks can be found on any number of sites, so until my machine lives again like when frankenstein got his groove back, i would like to see if there are any fellow FoF'ers around, and if there are...
challenge them.
so take to your keyboards, fools! post your score, the song, completion % and a link to where you downloaded it from (some songs have several versions) and we can all have a go at beating you. If this takes off i should be contributing in no more than 3 days, if not, then i know i was too intimidating for anyone to even attempt... |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1668 Joined: 24 Apr 2008 | the game does have a tendency to die on occasion, but the latest version no longer stuffs up your desktop, and you can now customise backgrounds and a range of song effects (mid song-speed up, graphic freak-out effects)
and before someone asks, it was not FoF that killed my computer.
i am sad that there is no interest in this, i was looking forward to schooling some fools.
