Yep. How did you hear of this website?

I saw the weekly Zero Punctuation sneak preview on X-Play and I went on the web and checked it out. So how did you hear of the Escapist?

Using Firefox's StumbleUpon, I landed on someone who randomly put the ZP piece about the console wars on his site. I followed it back to The Escapist's site, and here I am. (hooray, 100 posts)

One of my friends showed me Zero Punctuation, and I loved it. After a few episodes, I checked out the rest of the site to see what it had to offer.

Passionate love-making ensued.

Yep, gotta admit it was ZP for me too! A friend told me about it and I was hooked! Although I have watched all the other video series now, Forgotten Realms and Video Game Theatre also make me do big smiles!

I showed one of my friends a video on Youtube and he told me its kind of like zero-punctuation only less funny so i went to see it and got hooked on de-rez and unforgotten realms too.

I typed "Gaming Magazine" into Google Search in an effort to find some online magazines so I could get some inspiration in creating an online version of my college's monthly print paper.

A friend told me about Zero Punctuation. The same as pretty much everyone else.

Yahtzee drew me into the Escapist with his devilishly hamsome... drawings...

I first heard about it in a meeting where we were talking about what kind of gaming articles the industry needs. So then we made it.

I found it though Zero Punctuation. I had been a fan of Yahtzee's games, and checked out other stuff he did, and then I ended up on the Escapist. Not exciting, but that's how it went.

Friend of mine sent me a link to an issue several years ago. Been reading it ever since. Granted, now I don't have a lot of choice in the matter.

ZP. It seems to be the prevalent answer.

With the results of this poll, Yahtzee will be able to ask a salary raise ^^

Oh, I'm another one who found The Escapist with ZP

Quit WoW so hanging out on my guild's forum seemed kinda tacky.

Oddly enough I discovered this site through that forum because of a link to Yahtzee's old reviews. Did my homework on him and that led me here.

I'll go ahead and give kudos to the members of this forum for being mostly well-educated and mannered folk.

Honestly, though, it's pretty much ZP and the forums that keep me coming back. Don't much care for the other videos (UR is not bad though) and a lot of the articles don't focus on current events or really poignant matter.

This same poll has been done a zillion times, but--

Whilst trolling the GameFAQs Mass Effect board, someone linked Yahtzee's ME review. I fell in love immediately, and have been trolling these forums ever since.

And, like I say in each of these polls: whatever The Escapist is paying Yahtzee, it's not enough. The man can bring in traffic like no one's business.

What, no "boredom and Google" option?

Though, out of any of those... probably Zero Punctuation.
More fun that normal review shows and video game comics, but not as fun as a real video game.

Zero Punctuation after a link I can't remember... ah well, the important thing is Stompy's here now.

Now you're the editor and go travelling around to all the latest gigs. Do I have to wait several years until I get to tag along too (eyes like a kicked puppy)?

Lol.

Love how that poll goes.

50, 1, 1, 3.

ZP of course.

I think that I have heard this topic before, but I replyed anyway. Does that make me or you a bad person? Probably me and not you, yes.

I found the Escapist due to a Zero Punctuation Webcomic tribute by Dueling Analogs.

So, once again, Zero Punctuation was the cause.

hmm, am I the only one discovered ZP through The Escapist?
I kinda stumbled upon it while surfin. Found the link on Leigh Alexander´s blog.

I ran across a ZP review on youtube. When I understood that it was "ripped" from a site I decided to check the escapist for the rest of the series. So here I am, every single day :D
