Seconded. Superman/boy Prime, but only because the stupid emo retard killed Superboy, the stupid jock retard. |

Being a part of the Batman universe is an immediate 3,672,405,248 point bonus in my book, but there's more. We have a mild neurotic with occasional flashes to sheer insanity, sleeping with the Joker (probably), sleeping with Poison Ivy (probably*), and more that I'm forgetting moment (probably), all boiled down to a perky blonde package that's surprisingly acrobatic for being a former clinical psychiatrist, which is another point: the flimsy yet ironic backstory. A character that proved popular enough in her one-shot TV role to be brought back time and again, popular enough still to be added to the comic canon (a rare feat indeed), and popular enough that when noted director Kevin Smith's wife gave birth to their daughter in 1999, there was only one name for her. What more could one want from a supervillian? * Go ahead, look it up, I'll wait. |

Not only is his name crazy bad ass, but c'mon, this is a guy whose goal in life is to create the perfect clone army of a splice between Jean Grey/Cyclops to rule the world. He looks awesome, and has a pretty decent backstory, tops in my book. |

I didn't think he was that much of a villain. |
Gone Gonzo Posts: 1268 Joined: 14 Oct 2007 | Can I go with Kefka? I mean, watching Heath Ledger's rendition in TDK of the Joker just ozzing(EDIT: oozing) Kefkaness was enough for me. Loads and loads of villains will come and go trying to blow up the world and none will succeed, but man, did Kefka succeed...He not unly fucked up the world, but quickly left it in a rotted wasted state in just a year and still was going strong. As far as supervillains go you have to respect that. If you look long and hard, for those who remember Kefka, the Ledger's Joker, as awesome and kickass as it was, wasn't a ground breaking concept on its own. Kefka came first. |

Kickass. |

Harley is Also my Favorite Super Villain, it's like, she's crazy, but also a genuine threat. She and Poison Ivy (HAWT) kicked ass and took names. She had a masochistic relationship with the Joker (voiced by Luke Skywalker?) in a little kids tv show... awesome. It's like she's dangerous, so long as she's not w/ the Joker. I mean, the Joker also like gets props for driving his psychiatrist crazy. and she's the 3 of diamonds. |

Even if he did save the world. Mysterio gets a honorable mention. Any villian that can create clones of himself is definitely in my top 10 |
Gone Gonzo Posts: 1282 Joined: 1 Jun 2008 | The Joker. I don't care about all the thousands of fans he's adopted since Heath ledger played him, the Joker has been my favorite villian since childhood. I saw him first! Heath Ledger's Joker was the Joker I always knew and loved. Forget kid friendly, the man is insane. And he's insane because he prefers to be and can present a convincing argument that being insane is a superior stance in life. That's my kind of villian. |

By the end of the seventh novel you figure out truly WHY Flagg is so damn pissed at Roland and it all makes sense. Macbeth - What a great end to a great villain. Lucifer from "Paradise Lost" - The arrogantly bold speech he gives to his array of fallen angels in the beginning shows that John Milton can rival the greats he is not rightfully placed beside in terms of literary significance and power. Alright true believers, we all have favorite superheros, which means that somewhere deep inside of ourselves we also harbor some love for a supervillan or two. It's time to dig deep and find who it is. Mine happens to be Marvel's "Crossbones" the guy killed Captain America, how cool is that?
