Everyone's got some bands they like. Most of those bands have videos on youtube.

Time for you to scavange and share for the escapist commonwealth!

I'll start it off with my current favorite, but heed the warning, it's intense:

I love supporting any local bands and these guys are probably my favourite Perth band right now.

This is probably my favourite song now so i just have to say it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTaOvzZKRxA Kashmir by Led Zeppelin
I love Led Zeppelin and this is the song that got me into them and it's still one of my favourite songs.

Jonathan Coulton is one of my favorite artists, and the video was quite the learning experience with Premiere Pro.

My favorite video would definitely be The Firebird from Fantasia 2000.

I found fantasia 2000 to be an abomination and insult to 1940 Fantasia. Tastes differ i guess.

Links 234 by rammstein.
Links 234 is german for left 234, and the song is about political alignments.

Just gold. Truly pure gold. One of the best songs ever written. Just listen to the lyrics.

It's from EP7.

And sorry to be such a nitpicker but the record you mention is called Untilted, not Untitled!

Good to see a fellow 'Techre fan on The Escapist though.

Ehh, thats ok, thanks for the info. Just kinda hard to keep track of all my music and the visuals kinda reminded me of the CD cover. But, likewise, cheers!

Here's another entry in my growing list of industrial-IDM-weirdo contributions:

Bit Medler - Animorph

Excellent video... Low buget, high ambitions. Great edits syncing to a song with lots of glitches, granular bits and timestretching. Cool stuff!

Man, people just keep giving my the opportunity to shamelessly self promote... I've done a few covers for youtube:

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HG0Qz8uzMRY (Muse - Hysteria)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=E5ZnA-4r4aU (Incubus - Glass)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=KmTxItZULDA (Sublime - Santeria)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=dLGtmBagbuM (Sublime - Date Rape) http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=lJOO4CfSAf4&feature=user (The Living End - Long Live The Weekend)

Anyway, here's some proper vids of real bands:

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=qnSPPnUPyLA (MSI - Shut Me Up, directed by Jhonen Vasquez)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=WYk6cItLm5Y (The Living End - Prisoner Of Society Live)
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=f9uxWT3nokI (The Living End, doing one of the most entertaining instrumentals I've ever heard.)

Here is the much sought after, impossible to find Despair video by SPK.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXWmY6Ruurs&feature=related

[S.P.K] are an australian industrial band whose career included breaking into medical schools and molesting cadavers on video, eating raw sheeps brains on stage, using terrorist propaganda as lyrics, accidently setting an audience member on fire with a flame thrower and whose front man Graeme Revell is now a prolific Hollywood composer who has scored films from the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers Movie to Sin City. William S. Burroughs also stated SPK as being his favorite band.

P.S. Strafe McGee, love the Spider J. avatar.
