Not too sure if this has been done before... But with the new game and movie, just wondering... If you are a big Bond fan: who was your favorite Bond actor, movie, and movie moment and why?

How about we throw in favorite bond gadget and what you wish could be a bond gadget as well... Just to keep the convo going... Or start it?

Connery. Just because he has a rivalry with Alex Trebec(I know not the real one but no other actor could be involved in such a joke).

Roger Moore. Nothing like Bond getting some lovin' in zero gravity to show us what a real ladies man is like...okay, I'm kidding.

I'm all for Daniel Craig on this one; but just because his bond is an over sexed asshole that ran a lot (Run Bond, Run!), who got his balls mangled by an overtly analytical dude who would have let a scary black dude chop the arm of his almost mute girlfriend (I'm sorry!) because he gambled his money on a shitty bet that in the end got him killed with a bullet to the noggin.

I'm a big fan of the new Bond. I think Craig is doing a cracking job. The new Casino Royale really matched the darker feel of the books well. I'm hoping it carries over to Quantum of Solace. Plus, the Craig Bond girls are off the chart.

Connery, obviously. Geez...

Honourable mention goes to Dalton though. Absolutely terrific in Daylights and Licence, severely underrated. Craig may be getting a lot of press and hype for being a darker and more realistic Bond, but Casino Royale's Bond has nothing on Licence to Kill.

Wow, I'm surprised by the amount of love Daniel Craig is getting... Or am I? Actually, I'm pleased.
I'm a fan, first and foremost, of the Bond novels. The movies initially stayed fairly true to them, and then careened off into farce. Don't get me wrong; Sean Connery was a terrific Bond, and was the picture of suave.
But Daniel Craig is playing a character who is much closer to the Bond of the novels. Hard, somewhat bitter, more of less resigned to an unpleasant death, and willing to be ungentlemanly when needed.

The one who wore the skirt. Just because that pissed everyone off.

Speaking of: I'm so incredibly ready for Quantum of Solace... It just seems to show such a darker side of the Bond character...

Hah, I was going to say

Connery
Brosnan
Criag

Which is incidentally who are favored in popular opinion in the poll.

craig is my favorite just because of the new direction of the movies, but for the other bonds I would have to say roger Moore just because I can't stand sean connery.

I see everyone's forgotten George Lazenby...but that's alright. No one in their right mind would vote for him anyway.

Was that who you voted for then, because I want ot know who voted for him!

Personally, I didn't like the films Dalton was in but personally because I don't think that was his fault, more the fault of the writers and such. Although, was living daylights the one with the explosive toothpaste because that rocks!

Aw... And I was all set to beat someone over the head with my "sharp stick of righteous spelling", followed by beating them over the head a second time with "the ledger of repeated threads"...

How dare you ruin my fun!?

I ought to slap you.

Connery. The man is pure molten awesome.

Love it while you can my Doki compainion (I've decided that "Doki" is an adjective), for once Hallow's eve has passed, it will be gone.

David Niven. Though he apparently wasn't on the poll. (either that or no-one voted for him)

Sean Connery. The ultimate Bond. While I admit the others were good, Sean Connery just manages to pull ahead and win.

Nope, voted for Connery.

Licence to Kill was the one with the dentonite toothpaste (yeah I'm a bit of a Bond nerd :D). Also has one of the best Bond theme songs imo (check it out for those who don't know/remember - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lI5cPmxXIjc ).

Btw, is there a five option limit on polls here or was George Lazenby just forgotten/left out intentionally? Not the greatest Bond but then he wasn't atrocious either, reckon he deserves a mention at least.

My favourite is Daniel Craig. The new Casino Royal was the first bond film that i did not just enjoy as a good action/ spy film but an awsome film in general. That is not even taking into account the poker scenes which were EPIC! I liked how he was less action focused yet the action was the best, if not as over the top, in the series.
