Maybe you just haven't found the cheese that's right for you, your 'One True Cheese'... |
Muckraker Posts: 338 Joined: 12 May 2008 | Have you tried cheese that doesn't really taste like cheese? |
Paperboy Posts: 43 Joined: 13 Apr 2008 | wow, all you cheddar and jack lovers.... not like thers anything wrong with that, but Camembert and emmenthal are some damn good cheeses Also, bree and feta are damn good, plus gouda is the shit when cooking |
Time Lord Posts: 10096 Joined: 13 Feb 2008 | All depends...I've had some great cheeses and some awful ones. (I used to work on a Cheese counter) For cheese on toast : Few beat Red Leicester. I really want to try some of the American ones, as I've only really tried Montery Jack, and it's a little too bland for me. Oh, and I'm gonna make some enemies here, but anything that smells like feet (Roquefort) or have veins (Stilton) are abominations imho. |

With all these serious topics about politic stuff. I had to wonder about less serious things and now I wonder the question stated above. Personal I'm a cheddar or Swiss kind of girl. But when I get my hands on it. I love a good piece of pepper jack or Gouda. So what is your personal pick of the best kind of cheese?
