wow, all you cheddar and jack lovers.... not like thers anything wrong with that, but Camembert and emmenthal are some damn good cheeses Also, bree and feta are damn good, plus gouda is the shit when cooking | |
All depends...I've had some great cheeses and some awful ones. (I used to work on a Cheese counter) For cheese on toast : Few beat Red Leicester. I really want to try some of the American ones, as I've only really tried Montery Jack, and it's a little too bland for me. Oh, and I'm gonna make some enemies here, but anything that smells like feet (Roquefort) or have veins (Stilton) are abominations imho. | |
