With all these serious topics about politic stuff. I had to wonder about less serious things and now I wonder the question stated above. Personal I'm a cheddar or Swiss kind of girl. But when I get my hands on it. I love a good piece of pepper jack or Gouda. So what is your personal pick of the best kind of cheese?

I really love some pepperjack or medium/sharp cheddar.

Northern California Mild Cheddar, mmmmm, so yummy. Pepper jack comes in at a close second with Muenster coming a very close third. I LOVE cheese so much.

Provolone or swiss if on certain burgers or sandwiches. Pepper Jack on crackers.

sharp cheddar...yummy

Smoked Cheddar (Yes... yes I do have a limited palette, I apologise)

extra sharp provolone, best served with wine, a side of crackers, and antipasto

Melted Munstur on a piece of bread with butter...

bliss....

i dont really like cheese (most people think im wierd) but i do like brie, i could eat that all day

Mozzarella. Preferably deep fried. Healthiest option here by far.

That is soooooo gooooood. You just made me so hungry.

Cheddar (only not-french cheese I really like although it's so different), Roquefort, Epoisse...
That last one stinks like hell but it makes an angelic sauce to go with steak.
Ah la France!

Red Leicester, obviously.

Can I say the special type of cheese used in cheesecake? Pretty please? I don't like cheese and I want to feel included :(

mozzerela

I am a massive fan of a good Brie

a nice mature Cheddar (english cheddar of course) and a bit of red leicester isn't to bad either, and as bad as it makes my breath, i love boursin

its all about provolone or mozzarella. i like to buy the big braided ropes on mozzarella from that store and cut it up and have it with garlic bread with dinner.

Maybe you just haven't found the cheese that's right for you, your 'One True Cheese'...

Have you tried cheese that doesn't really taste like cheese?
Maybe mozzarella is just the thing for you.

wow, all you cheddar and jack lovers.... not like thers anything wrong with that, but Camembert and emmenthal are some damn good cheeses

Also, bree and feta are damn good, plus gouda is the shit when cooking

All depends...I've had some great cheeses and some awful ones. (I used to work on a Cheese counter)

For cheese on toast : Few beat Red Leicester.
For Italian food (or psuedo Italian like Western pizza) : Mozarella
For a taste sensation : Cheddar with Fruitcake.
For truly weird: Cheddar with Chocolate Chips
For a good sandwich : Double Gloucester.

I really want to try some of the American ones, as I've only really tried Montery Jack, and it's a little too bland for me.

Oh, and I'm gonna make some enemies here, but anything that smells like feet (Roquefort) or have veins (Stilton) are abominations imho.

what, nobody?

Ok, looks like its up to me
