I didn't really care for this album. I guess they're trying to find their groove with the lineup change. It lacked a cohesion in the songs. Most of the songs when they transitioned to their different parts, essentially stopped, and then started. Kinda felt like someone constantly slamming on the brakes in a car as it lurches. Not one of Opeth's best albums IMO, but they are still fantastic. My favorites have to be: |

Dear me... It took a little too long for someone to mention that. This year hasnt been too bad on the JJJ side of things (thats a radio station =D) but none of that matters when Opeth enter the picture. |
